Last minute cancellation because of lack of participation was a huge disappointment. You frame your meals and sightseeing around a sunset cruise and then they wait until the very last minute to tell you it was cancelled because of lack of participation destroys your vacation plans

While we do everything we can to avoid canceling cruises, there are rare occasions when minimum participation isn’t met, and we have to make the difficult decision to cancel. We always aim to notify guests at least 4 hours before cruising time, and we’ll be reviewing our communication process to see how we can improve. The staff was friendly and efficient. The tour was sold out so they made extra space for groups who wanted to be together. Jack, the Captain walked around and greeted everyone. Very pleasant experience.

We had a great time! We were celebrating my bachelorette; the captain let us drive the boat, gave me a free drink ticket and a round of champagne for all of us. The hospitality was amazing!

Everyone was very nice, Jack stopped by and talked to us just for a moment. Great experience. We were celebrating our anniversary . This was the last Sunset cruise for the year we will come back and do it again.
