Thank you for your feedback. Although we sent emails and did our best to contact passengers by phone, we realize that some may not have received the message that our boat The Discovery was out for upgrades and was replaced by the Miss Lauren. For that we are very sorry and wish we could make it up to you. We offer two cruises each day: the Guided Sightseeing Cruise is narrated and the Sunset Cruise is not. We hope you can accept our sincere apologies and visit us another time when The Discovery is back in operation.

The Lauren was not the same as the boat I purchased tickets for and not a good substitute. It was not even narrated.

A nice boat with all the essentials, and a crew that will make sure you get the most beautiful views. They were careful to make sure the trip was safe due to weather, and when it needed to be cut short due to lightning they provided a refund on the time missed without us asking!!

Last minute cancellation because of lack of participation was a huge disappointment. You frame your meals and sightseeing around a sunset cruise and then they wait until the very last minute to tell you it was cancelled because of lack of participation destroys your vacation plans

We’re so sorry we had to cancel your cruise and understand how disappointing a last-minute cancellation can be—especially when you’ve planned your day around it. While we do everything we can to avoid canceling cruises, there are rare occasions when minimum participation isn’t met, and we have to make the difficult decision to cancel. We always aim to notify guests at least 4 hours before cruising time, and we’ll be reviewing our communication process to see how we can improve. We truly value your feedback and hope you’ll give us another chance in the future to provide the relaxing and memorable experience we’re known for.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The tour was sold out so they made extra space for groups who wanted to be together. Jack, the Captain walked around and greeted everyone. Very pleasant experience.

Everyone was very nice, Jack stopped by and talked to us just for a moment. Great experience. We were celebrating our anniversary . This was the last Sunset cruise for the year we will come back and do it again.
