The Tour started out with an uneventful pick up from our hotel ( as mentioned). It was all downhill from here. The tour van was far from luxurious or even close( as advertised) but what I can only assume a smoker’s den. There were no water bottles given or entry tickets to the Great Buddha ( Kotoku-in) , both of which were advertised on Viator. The tour guide seemed distracted and lacked any enthusiasm. The false advertisement for this tour is an added insult. Please avoid.

Thank you so for your review even sir you visited all Places and spent time 10 hours in Toyota Vellfire non smoke vehicle and during tour you did not any complain with guide and he given you all information about all places and you enjoyed all day. water bottle kept in van you did not used and only one entry fees was free in this tour. you had used in hase dera temple. and you are for me respectful as other customers in past.

Second trip with Mukarram. He is great, patient and never rushing us, the other way around, he likes to show us the best places and made our visit to Kamakura and Enoshima a great experience.

Had a wonderful tour with Nik, he drove us all around Kamakura and walked with us to the different spots, and he gave us flexibility to adjust the tour exactly how we wanted. He was very friendly and knew the area well.

Our guide and driver Muhammad Mukarram was great! He gave us many interesting insights about the Japanese culture. He also showed us around many very awesome and beautiful places. We highly recommend this tour and this tour guide.

Mukarram is a very nice and patient driver. He also told us a lot of Japanese culture information. It was a rainy day but he took us to all the promised tour locations. He also brought us to a Japanese seafood restaurant for lunch. It was delicious.
