My tickets were rejected at the gate. They said they were not valid for the date on the ticket. We travelled 2 hours to the park only to be rejected.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Busch Gardens. My family and I typically really enjoy visiting the park—seeing the animals and allowing the kids to enjoy the rides is something we look forward to each time. Unfortunately, this visit fell far short of expectations.
From the moment we arrived, the lines for rides were extremely long, with wait times exceeding two hours. On top of that, more than four rides were closed throughout the day, which significantly limited the attractions available and made the long waits even more frustrating.
Food service was also an issue. We waited over an hour for a pretzel, and when we finally received it, it was cold. Additionally, when we attended a show, we were unable to find seating, despite arriving on time. The park felt extremely overcrowded, especially given the number of ride closures.
Overall, the experience felt disorganized and over capacity, and it did not reflect the quality we have come to expect from Busch Gardens. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention, as they had a significant impact on our visit.

Very nice day at Busch Gardens. Enjoyed all the rides. Food was very good. Was a busy place, and rides slowed down when many people had the no waiting in line came while you waited.

See the ice skating show if possible. It’s dazzling and highly professional. Staff at the park were friendly and helpful. If you’re a traveler with large bags ask them to store them in the security office. The lockers in the park are too small and they didn’t charge me for storage.
My only complaint was that Viator didn’t provide information about park hours. The park opens at 9:00 but the Viator ticket wouldn’t get me in until 10:00. So I “had to” walk about a mile round trip to Dunkin’ for some coffee and blueberry munchkins. Also, it took three people in the ticket office to figure out how to use the Viator ticket.

I have Disabilitys and walking is painful I got the DAS and there was no one waiting to go the rides and had to go back 30 to 40 later this was the only park we have gone to that has done this , all of disney and seaworld where great not going back

Animals are kept in large open enclosures but this is mainly a theme park and does have some brilliant rollercoasters, the express pass was $120 each but was worth it

The dates on the tickets were for the wrong day, we have tried to contact your company directly with out any success. Considering we bought 5 tickets this is something we would expect a call back on right away.

My family loves how it was zoo and rides together. We had the all day meal and it was hard to find somewhere to eat. When we did find a restaurant, it was 1 hour wait to get up to server

I loved the rides especially for my first time riding a roller coaster. But it was not as fun because I wasted my money going. Most of the roller coasters were temporarily closed and there was a 2 hour wait for mostly all of the rides. I didn’t get to use my 2nd park ticket to adventure island because of how long I had to wait in lines for the rides so I wasted over $130 just to get on 3 rides in 9 hours....worst first experience.

Paid for, printed tickets as done in previous years. Unfortunately the bar code said Sea World but this reference to this email and printed tickets said Busch Gardens which is what was unexpected. Several phone calls later after an hour, we were finally given access to Busch Gardens. Not a good experience whatsoever.

Really enjoyed our partial day there. Wished we had more time, had to catch a flight. Loved the animals and great gift shops. Paid for all day dine but didn't really have enough time to get money's worth.

The hard part for us was how far we had to walk to rent a motorized wheel chair, and no transportation from handicapped or preferred parking lot to the entrance. My husband and I have mobility problems. They need to have a smaller pickup transport from the preferred and handicapped parking.

We had a great time at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. There are so many different animal exhibits and demonstrations throughout the park. We learned a lot SeaWorld's conservation efforts and rode so many rides!

Cruel for the animals who are clearly insane in their tiny enclosures.
The rides through the poxy cages is unacceptable these are wild animals should be free to roam. Very overpriced and cruel typical seaworld. A trip here will depress you if you are a decent human being!!

The best thing in Busch Gardens was the safari to feed the giraffes. It was the highlight of my entire Florida vacation. I encourage everyone to do this. They are gentle giants. Soft and loving. Do it.

Busch Gardens was fabulous. The kids were in school so there were no lines. The longest wait time was only 5 minutes. The rollercoasters were superb, particularly MONTU. A great day !
