It was an amazing experience and a wonderful idea to do for our Sunday Funday right before heading back home after the holiday break! We were able to get through the park and also enjoy the rides and some attractions in 3hours. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the park! The kids want to come back !

It’s a great family outing. You learn about creatures who live near and in the water; birds, fish and mammals! You also learn about invasive species and how to take care of our waters! The lemurs were cute as well!

We definitely recommend you seeing the Tampa zoo. My daughter and I visited for the first time and had an amazing experience. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and the zoo itself is just gorgeous.

Great staff at the Tampa Aquarium and the Tampa Zoo. A little of a bummer that it rained on the day that we went to the zoo, but that is Florida's weather. Love all the fans that were at the zoo, and the Jelly touch tank was 1st class amazing at the aquarium. Had a blast overall, and the price was great.

Loved the easy layout of the different areas and noticed multiple restrooms/ food locations and the designated smoking areas for those to use if need/desired. Staff persons were easily recognizable and friendly/ helpful to those noted in need/answering questions

Both the zoo and the aquarium could not scan the pass that I brought. My ticket had no QR code on it for them to scan. It took me over 30 minutes to get in both locations which really took the time away from our enjoyment. Next time I will just buy separate passes on site. I wouldn’t recommend this pass to anyone

Was told to wait in long line to get tix, after already buying tix online, then had to wait in long line at guest services. The girl looked at my receipt and had no idea what to do. Had to wait for manager. Terrible experience.

We were very pleased with the aquarium however disappointed with the zoo. The zoo had a lot of remodeling of exhibits and such so not we didn't see very many animals. They also had several rides, seemed to be more geared towards kids. We have been to zoos which were worse as well as way better.

Entry process was fine and price was definitely worth it. We however were very disappointed with this room which I have been many times before and really loved. They were doing renovations everywhere and no one knew what was open so we we continually sent to places that were closed. Internal communications and signage were terrible.
