Exetremely professional tour guide. The owner is very polite and fair. There was an issue with the golf cart. Not only did Arden call each person to apoligize she refunded the entire fee even though we were able to complete half the tour. It was a pleasure dealing with her

We enjoyed Jim's personality and love for his job. He was very educational and passionate about the city of Tampa. He is willing to go above and beyond as shown by meeting up with a family that accidentally went to the wrong place. If given the opportunity take a tour with Jim!

James was our guide for our tour. His knowledge of Tampa was impressive and his ability to share the main points was great. We were with our son who will be attending University of Tampa and it was great for all of us to see all the great sights that he will be able to enjoy. Highly recommended.
Tour was a perfect two hours. One other family was on the tour with us.

We had an excellent experience on the Sightseeing Tour. From start to finish, it felt personal, relaxed, and genuinely fun.
Our host, driver, and tour guide, Jim, was outstanding. You could tell right away how knowledgeable and passionate he is about Tampa. He shared interesting history, local stories, and hidden gems we never would have found on our own. Just as important, he was engaging and easy to talk to, which made the whole tour feel more like exploring with a friend than sitting through a scripted presentation.
The pace was perfect, and the golf cart made it easy to see a lot without feeling rushed. We left with a much better feel for the city and plenty of ideas for places to go back and explore.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tampa. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

First thing driver said to us is we need to sit in the back so the 5 people in the bar could sit together. We're seniors. he drove fast, coasted thru stop signs and we got back later than expected. That made us late for another paid viator activity costing us $180.

Be able to contact an Ober driver in case of golf cart issues (flat tires). Bring sunscreen and a camera.

Unfortunately, this tour experienced a flat tire at the end of the tour — the first time this has ever happened during one of our tours during the last 3 years. While unexpected mechanical issues can occasionally occur, we immediately covered the cost of an Uber for our guests so everyone could continue their plans without inconvenience.

Good overall lay of the land. Felt a bit rushed— in as we would have enjoyed jumping out to get quick pictures at a few spots in Ybor City, for example. It seems the tour was trying to meet just one couples time frame (apparently they ordered an Uber for 1230pm. The tour details I received were 1.5-2 hours.)
Appreciated the blankets as it was really cold in the morning (58).
Guide was knowledgeable and conversational.
