We had a great time with Ben, we were unaware that we had to peddle the bike but it was an awesome memory and tons of laughter!!! Very nice, another activity to cross off the bucket list for entertainment ❤️

Fun touristy thing to do with a big group! Definitely a workout! Just know that they’ll make you go out even in the pouring rain and you WILL get soaked, which isn’t always fun.

Aloha and welcome to Florida! We definitely operate in sun showers, where the rain passes through but it's still nice out. We won't go out if it's nasty or if there's lightning; safety is of course a priority.
This is a super fun thing that you can do with your group of 6-30 or even purchase individual tickets to hop on and make new friends! Jump on board and start your own parade through St. pete

Kindly send my refund, the Trolly crawl was cancelled because not enough people signed up for the 9 pm slot. But the staff was very nice and tried to get us on another time slot, we just only had that time available.

Trolley informed me days before to tell me they may have to cancel because not enough participation.
That wasn't bad.
What was no refund was offered til 24 hrs before trip.
Traveling, it would have been appreciated if refund came earlier.
We could have scheduled something else.

We do apologize for the delay in the refund. It was over a weekend and not all refunds are handled instantaneously as there are extra steps involved being through a 3rd party. I do specifically recall authorizing the refund for your group days in advance but there was no way to get you the money over the weekend when banks are closed etc. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you on your vacation and I hope you still managed to have an amazing trip to St. Pete and Florida.

It was a cute little tour.. we didn’t go very far or do/see too much. But the tour guy did the best he could to hype groups up while still acknowledging the singles presence. Just FYI though the seats are not the most comfortable and definitely recommend doing outside peak heat hours.

Had the best time with Captain Chris! We were celebrating a birthday with friends and Chris was a great host. He took us to 3 bars, recommended drinks / shots, and was very entertaining. I would definitely recommend as it was a fun night out.
