We had a wonderful day with lots of information about a multitude of areas. Cheryl was very fun and engaging and knows a lot about the area, the climate, history, etc. The private tour was great for us-plenty of legroom for my husband and stops whenever we needed them! Would definitely do it again!

Cheryl is a top notch tour guide, she is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a delight to travel with. We had originally booked a trip to Leavenworth but due to poor air conditions (fires in the area) she replanned the entire day for us and took us to the PNW coastal islands for the most amazing tour and day. I highly recommend spending a day with her and her luxury private tour, we had the best day ever!

We had a great experience. Cheryl was prompt on pickup and very knowledgeable about the area and shared alot of things that were very interesting (geological and demographically)
She had water and snacks for us which was a great treat. She was so kind and accommodating.

This was worth every penny. Cheryl was an amazing tour guide and then some. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the entire area. She gave facts from the businesses to pop culture, agriculture, animals...even geology!!! Not only was I engaged but my 80-year-old mom and two adolescent boys were too! This was the last tour of our whirlwind vacation from Seattle to various ports in Southern Alaska. Needless to say, we were exhausted, and this excursion could have gone south really quick. Cheryl knowing all of this, picked us up timely at port. Had snacks and drinks. On top of the great factoids and conversation to end our trip on a high note!
The waterfalls were breathtaking. Leavenworth was something out of a dream. We got to see elk, nature, various Twin Peaks (the TV show) hot spots, take insanely amazing pictures (I will upload some) and more!!!
Once we got home a lot of folks asked what our favorite parts were from our trip. My 12-year-old told friends that this tour was his favorite! That says a lot as we went dog sledding and fishing in AK! This is a must!!!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of taking a tour with Cheryl to Leavenworth, WA, and it exceeded all expectations! From start to finish, Cheryl’s warmth and professionalism made the experience truly memorable. She guided us seamlessly through stunning landscapes, including breathtaking waterfalls, and enriched the journey with her deep knowledge of the area.
What really stood out was Cheryl’s expertise in geology. She explained the unique geological formations we encountered along the way in a way that was both informative and easy to understand, which made us appreciate the scenery even more. Her passion for the subject was evident, and it was clear she genuinely loves sharing her knowledge.

We were pleasantly surprised when Cheryl picked us up at the hotel and we were the only people on the tour!! It was an incredible experience that we got to experience all by ourselves (very special compared to the group tours)
The storytelling was so much fun and Cheryl was completely relatable - the perfect host. She spoiled us complete with souvenir water bottles. We brought a little of the Northwest back with us because I remember it every time I use my water bottle.
I would recommend looking at Leavenworth before going because two hours sounds like awhile, but it wasn't - it went FAST! We ask for additional time and Cheryl agreed to let us stay longer.
I can not recommend this experience enough!! GO on a tour with Cheryl! If we return to the area, we will book one of her other tours!!

Cheryl was an amazing tour guide. I spoke with her before our trip since I wouldn't be able to confirm our time with her since we were getting off of a cruise ship. We talked about some of the sights we would like to see on our tour and she sure delivered!! As I mentioned, we were picked up at the cruise terminal and Cheryl made it so easy to find her and begin our adventure. She showed us various sights along the way which was definitely a blast from the past. We went to Deception Falls and I can't even begin to describe for you how beautiful it was. It was definitely the highlight of the trip for me. After we left the falls, Cheryl took us up to Leavenworth to spend the afternoon. We had enough time to grab lunch and explore the city. After a fun few hours, Cheryl was able to get us to the airport right on time for our flight. Cheryl was so knowledgeable about everything we saw and was an amazing guide. This was definitely the best way to spend our last day in Seattle after getting off the ship. It was so much better than sitting in the airport all day. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking to see Leavenworth and the surrounding areas.

From elk to epic waterfalls to outstanding Mountain View’s, charming small towns this tour exceeded expectations( as you tell by my run on sentence. lol)

Cheryl's Northwest Tours exceeded my and my family's expectations. Cheryl herself drove us on a private tour to Leavenworth, WA. Cheryl was very entertaining and so knowledgeable of the history of Washington state. We were given reusable water bottles, snacks and a great time. Amazing service received from Cheryl’s northwest tours from the moment of booking. Cheryl was really communicative and helpful when I needed to change pick up point. The night before the tour Cheryl checked in with us to confirm pick up location and time aswell.
The morning of the tour we were picked up and given reusable water bottles and snacks for the day which was a really nice touch. Cheryl was super friendly and made us feel really comfortable.
The day was brilliant, we made stops along the way to Leavenworth and the scenery was amazing. Had 2 hours at Leavenworth, I was worried when booking that this might not be enough time but it was plenty of time to eat and have a look around the shops. Overall I would really recommend this tour, it was a lovely day and Cheryl was great.

We had an awesome time with Scott, our guide. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about all the locations we stopped at and he took us to see some awesome waterfalls during the drive. He confirmed the trip the night before which was great because I always like to make sure that all is good and he was there at the hotel waiting for us in the morning. The drive was super pretty and Leavenworth is totally worth the drive. We happened to be there on a super hot day which was the only downside to an otherwise awesome day. We would absolutely do this tour again and we can't recommend Scott or Cheryl's Northwest Tours enough!

We had such an incredible day with Llyle. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. There were so many beautiful things we saw along the way to Leavenworth. Great little stops, stunning photo opportunities. This day trip was my favorite activity during our Seattle trip. The ride was comfortable and we picked up and dropped off at our hotel. I would recommend this to anyone.

This was an amazing PRIVATE TOUR with Miss Cheryl. She was an excellent tour guide who really knows her stuff. The tour was adventurous and educational. I recommend this tour to people of all ages and sizes. There were so many places before and after Leavenworth that Miss Cheryl stopped for us to look and take pics. We received reusable water bottles and a gorgeous basket of gifts/snacks for the tour. This is tour a must see!!!

Definitely worth the trip for the drive through the gorgeous Cascade mountains with breathtaking views of the snow clad peaks, and if you are lucky, some bald eagles and elk. Cheryl was an amazing guide and a great driver! Leavenworth itself is a small, sleepy town that can be walked through in less than half an hour. So focus on the journey itself!

We had a wonderful time on this trip. Our driver/guide, Nicki, was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of our questions, including many that we didn't know we had... Additionally, she was helpful in accommodating dietary restrictions and had many comfort items available in the vehicle. The owner, Cheryl, had great communication with us and was able to personalize the tour to our interests. I highly recommend this trip, guide, and company - they are a class act and you can't go wrong with them.

The trip to Leavenworth was so, so amazing. The scenery on the highway was beautiful with all the greenery and majestic trees and waterfalls. It was beyond anything we expected, We were glad we encountered scenery as beautiful as this. The city of Leavenworth was unforgettable. The shops, the restaurants, and the German ambiance elevated the beauty of the city. We were truly impressed with Cheryl and her ability to guide us throughout our wonderful adventure.

Tour operator - Cheryl's Northwest Tours. 9 hour tour, included stops at waterfalls on the way to Leavenworth. Town itself is very picturesque, makes you feel like you are in Germany. Cheryl (tour owner) was incredibly accommodating in meeting our needs to make the tour happen, Carol the van operator was pleasant, did a good job narrating, and showing us points of interest around town.
