Itinerary
Make your own way to the Siesta Key meeting location for this beach sunset e-bike tour to meet your guide and small group of up to seven. This is an intimate small-group tour that provides an awesome beach adventure at sunset.
Once you get to know the ins and outs of the bikes from your guide, take off on an e-bike and follow your guide along Siesta Beach. Stop on the beach at sunset to take in the stunning views and to take as many pictures as you’d like.
Continue riding to Siesta Key Village and then to the original starting point. After you get back to the starting point, return your e-bike and enjoy included cheese, fruit, and wine before calling it a night.

We had a great time! Kelsey and Ben were fantastic guides. They gave us clear instructions on how to use the bikes and we rode the entire beach from end to end. They were very informative. It was so much fun and the sunset was absolutely beautiful! We would highly recommend!

We had issues with 4 out of the 6 e-bikes we were given. Lights didn’t work on two, could not downshift on one, one was missing a water bottle holder. We had 20 people on the tour and those at the end of the group had no guide to support them. Great tour but equipment was not optimal and there should have been two guides one at the front leading the group and a second in the rear ensuring all members were safe. Also, we were promised pictures and never received them. The two riders with no light had to ride down the beach in the dark with no support.

Last week, we drove 30 minutes for a 4:30 tour, only to find out the start time was incorrect due to daylight savings...it should have been 6:00. Not a huge issue, as we were able to spend time nearby. However, 20 minutes before the tour, it was canceled due to potential weather in a nearby city- Siesta Key was beautiful.
I could have overlooked that, but they abruptly cancelled again last night, 30 minutes AFTER the tour was to begin. Fifteen of us were waiting, wasting our last night in a parking lot with no tour. Communication was poor throughout, as I called and texted earlier in the day to confirm details and received no response. At 6:00, when no one showed up, everyones' calls went unanswered and the voicemail was full. Another guest shared that the guide had texted about a car accident and said he’d be 15 minutes late. Half the group left, but seven of us stayed since it was our last night and we had no backup plans. Shortly after, cancellation notices were sent through Viator. No word from the owner.
To make matters worse, others in our group had also been given incorrect start times and had been waiting even longer, paying ridiulous parking fees.
Bottom line: 1 time is forgivable, 2 times is a pattern. Communication is unreliable and there is no clear contingency plan. After two failed experiences in one month and a significant amount of wasted time, I won’t be booking again.

Great sunset ride on the beach ! Champagne once we reached the far end. Our guide made sure we were all comfortable and safe. I would recommend this tour .

I am so glad I booked this tour. I was on a solo trip and everyone made sure I felt included with the group. Derek and Chad were SO lovely. We had so much fun and the views were gorgeous. This was truly a 10/10 experience and I would love to come back to do their morning tour sometimes. Thank you, Derek!!

Tour guide got there an entire hour late and kept saying he was just a few minutes away. told us we would be back at the originally scheduled time but we were 1 hours late on that too. missed the whole taps flag thing. you are going to ride back in the dark and some of the lights weren't working so watch for holes. It is a fun activity but this outfit is very disorganized and the group even thinks he was drunk or high

Not sure who you are reviewing but it’s certainly not us. 1400 reviews, #1 in the country last year.. I don’t mean to sound facetious but starting and ending an hour later almost sounds like daylight savings time and you didn’t get the message

Make sure the bike you are riding works properly. Make sure you stop on time to see the sunset. Guide was very late also.

It’s a fantastic idea, but I think our experience wasn’t great as we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the sunset, and the guide was very scattered and running late which wasn’t his fault, but it definitely detracted from the overall experience as we were rushed. Additionally, we were under the impression that we would have a sunset picnic, but that didn’t happen, I’m not sure if it was an afterthought or that wasn’t a part of the original experience. The guide did offer us plastic glasses for champagne, but then he forgot to fill them. Overall great idea, but poor execution on our day, I’m not sure if I would do it again.

Derek was our electric bike tour guide. He was funny, informative and gave helpful tips and warnings about what to expect riding along a busy beach shore. It was absolutely gorgeous and a fun, unique way to view the sunset on Siesta Key!

Allesandro, YOU cancelled on us just before the start time the day of your tour, You wanted to move to the following day. I explained that there were no bookings yet for that day and if that remained the case we would not operate for just one rider. That remained the case so we did not run the tour but in addition to the 100% refund, we offered to bring a bike to you to keep for as long as you’d like.. which you accepted so you paid $0 and had our bike for nearly 24 hours..

Derick was fun and engaging he really made the trip sparkle. The bikes were not as challenging as I thought they might be. He takes you through it every step of the way. The pictures he took were outstanding and the champagne at sunset hit the spot! I highly recommend!

Make sure to put on any bug repellent prior to ride (mosquitoes and other beach insects are brutal during sunset)

My husband and I spent four days at Siesta Key on our honeymoon. This was the best activity we did. Not only was the sunset beautiful but our tour guide Derek was hilarious and gave us tons of interesting facts about the area. The E-bikes are easy to maneuver and a thrill to ride. Pictures are also included. We practically rode down the entire beach of Siesta Key. It was beautiful! HIGHLY recommend. Thanks, Derek!!

Amazing e-bike tour and sunset riding experience along the beach. Derek and hos spouse were gracious and thoughtful guides and we never felt lost or uncertain! Everything was safe,and the end of the tour had champagne and a cute little toast. We got to know the tour guides along the way and they explained great restaurants,places for shelling and even places to find shark's teeth here in and around Siesta Key. :) would highly recommend this tour over and over. Derek is also very funny and never forgets a face or name. Highlight of our vacation so far!
