Great experience! Pat and Matt were excellent! Very knowledgeable and kind. The clear kayaks were beautiful! The kids had such a great time! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!!

this was just amazing! steve was our tour guide and he was awesome. definitely wear sunscreen and some sunglasses, and be mindful about a little possibly getting in the boat! it was a great experience, never felt scared or worried, and i got some great photos!

We booked this excursion on 6/7 and they canceled on us that morning with no explanation. $130 was already taken from bank account. We booked it again for 6/8, another $130 taken out of my account, and they canceled on us again less than 2 hours before excursion take off. No explanation given again, perfect weather both days. Now awaiting a 3-7 day refund for both attempts when that money could have been used on something else. Poor business.

We paid full amount for 2 tickets and drove all the way to the kayak meeting point only to find out that it was closed. Why would they allow us to buy tickets for that day if they knew their business is closed. We called the service number and they apologized for selling tickets while they were not operating any kayaks that day.
Still waiting for refund. Not fair. Hope they refund full amount promptly.

Rajesh .. in the our system we turn off bookings -- its the slow month of the year -- sometimes third parties do not update systems. Thats what happened here .. That's why it's always best to book directly.

We had a lot of fun! The original location we were supposed to kayak in apparently had heavy winds in that area so they brought us somewhere else. We kayaked through mangroves that smelled awful. A couple of us almost got stuck in bush. It wasn’t the most pleasant location to kayak but still enjoyed ourselves.

Our guide Amy did a fantastic job telling us about the mangroves and the birds and the different species. We had a good experience traveling through the mangroves tunnels.

We saw a couple of manatees in the canal and they hung around for quite a while with us, sniffing and swimming under our kayaks! We later saw some dolphins in the distance. Our guide, John, was amazing. Very funny and knowledgeable about the local wildlife and plants.

John was a great guide but we didn't really see anything and water is murky so no need for clear bottoms. Just not a very scenic route.

Scratched plastic boats viewing seaweed and moss. Tour guide paddles to nearby inlet and talks to Airbnb renters passing time then paddles back. Stories of his home repairs from storms and a little ecology. Bubbles were manatees, fin in distance a dolphin. Don't waste your time or money, nothing to see here.

I booked this tour with my family. We have done several really nice tours around Naples and Ft. Meyers and were expecting a similar experience. The morning of we were notified that we would be meeting at a different place because of the wind. We launched into a canal area and spent 30 minutes just floating around going no where. The guides were not familiar with the area we were in and we just kept circling a small canal area. I asked if we were going anywhere and they said there wasn’t much to do because of the wind (it was not that windy and was very easy to paddle). After 45 minutes I asked if we could just paddle back to the launch point because we had no desire to float around for another 45 minutes. If you’re looking for a paddling adventure or tour of any kind I would not recommend booking this trip.

The tour guide is what makes this 1 star. He ignored our group and not helpful. If your want a non strenuous tour and still have a chance to see manatees this isnt a bad option
