When it got dark. Very cool seeing the water and crabs, fish, and vegetation. The boats all lit up set the mood.

We were rebooked 3x by the company and then they completely cancelled. It was the one excursion we planned for and they don’t respond to calls at all and after we reached out by message they cancelled completely, after speaking with locals. Maybe they should retire, sounds as if they are sick of there own business!!

Jennifer. We cannot control the weather. The original day you booked - it RAINED. We asked if you wanted a refund or to be reschedule. we rescheduled you.
Your rescheduled tour was canceled. the guides went out for the 8pm tour that evening... The weather turned nasty on the way back to the launch. They decided it was unsafe to do the tour and made the call not go out for safety reasons.

Amy was AMAZING!!!
She took time to explain things and let it be OUR tour.
We got to see a manatee and several dolphins. It was so relaxing and she was a great guide.
I would do this tour again

Kayaking with the manatees. Seeing all of the Florida birds and wildlife. The guides were very informative and went out of the way to make sure everyone on the tour had a safe and fun experience.

The see-through kayaks were quite novel but there wasn't much to see. It would have been more impressive when they are lit up at night. The guides were attentive.

Max was a good guide and very knowledgeable. Glad it was only 90 minutes b/c kids were worn out quickly…..We booked through Viator.com and they booked us for the wrong time. I called the morning of our trip and they scheduled us for close to same time as original time but had to drive almost an hour to get there. We should’ve just taken refund b/c wasn’t worth all that driving and we could’ve just rebooked with a closer place. Try to book directly with company instead of using Viator.
