Had a lovely sidecar tour with our guide Steph. She took us around the immediate area and showed us the beauty of both the local vineyards and parts of old town Arroyo Grande. She was very knowledgeable of both the local areas and the inner workings of how the winery works. It almost makes me sad that the tour ended. I would definitely recommend coming and enjoying the tour as well as the tastings provided by the Wolff Vineyard.

We thought to go and have a nice double date with my parents and day of they let us know last minute that we were not going to be able to do this together as we scheduled and planned for (together w/ my parents), they said due to them having a driver shortage . They said they would comp a bottle of wine and refund us $90,as our tour was cut short and super inconvenient , its been few weeks now and no refund yet as they promised . They have now stopped returning my text and we are very disappointed because we would like to think a business should or would have pride on their word. Don't trust this company .
Michael was an exceptional tour guide. He created a great experience, we were able to enjoy a nice ride, get a personal tour of the vineyard with beautiful pictures. Would 10/10 recommend
Poor communication, called us 30 mins before booking to tell us they could not take my full group of 6 on the tour and when I asked if I could get a refund the man that spoke to stated that he would have to discuss it with his supervisor and get back with me. It’s been 24 hours and he never did. Based on this I do not recommend this business because they lie and steal from their customers.

Thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry for the frustration your group experienced. This isn't the standard we hold ourselves to.
To clarify for other readers: our tours are booked per-ticket, so when a group arrives with more guests than were reserved, we're often unable to accommodate the extras on short notice due to safety and vehicle/guide capacity limits. We did send a standard reminder the day before your tour with your scheduled time and details, but it didn't catch the mismatch between your reservation and your actual group size. That issue wasn't flagged until a call just 30 minutes before your tour — far too late for you to make other arrangements. We should have caught this much sooner, and I'm sorry that didn't happen.
I also want to address the follow-up on your refund. You were told a supervisor would review it and get back to you, and going 24 hours without a response after that promise is not acceptable. I apologize for that gap, and I'm looking into what happened on our end.
Please reach out to me directly at jaydy@thirdwheeltours.com so I can personally make sure your refund is resolved and answer any other questions. We'd like the chance to make this right.

My curious 12 year old grandson enjoyed the tour. In my opinion, however, any child younger would possibly be bored. I, on the other hand, am 77 and enjoyed the tour tremendously! I hope to bring friends back when all the sunflowers are in bloom. We both learned so much about the wine making process thanks to our fantastic driver ( sorry, my 77 year old mind can’t remember their name)! Wonderful tour! I will recommend to all.
The tour was very informational, and it was fun to write in a sidecar. Stephanie, our guide was very knowledgeable. I do feel for the price of the trip. You do not get the best bang for your buck. It would be a much greater value if they threw in a wine tasting after the trip.
Fun experience and very educational! Jill was fantastic as our guide. The tasting was a nice addition and the wine is very good!

A completely new experience for us. Thanks to our driver, Francisco, who gave us the tour in our native Spanish and took incredible photos for us. The food at the vineyard was super delicious. I highly recommend the pizzas. We loved it! We already want to return for the grape harvest.
