Great way to see it all

We changed our tour date with less than 24 hr notice. When we arrived they were caught off guard but handled the situation very well and made sure we were taken care of. They ended giving us a golf cart tour of the whole city for a little over 2 hours. Olga was great!!!! They really want to earn your business. It was a great tour and we were glad we did this as soon as we got to Florence to get our bearings of the area.
