Greedy..we were not informed by the company of closed streets on day of tour

Alicia_S, Oct 2025
This company did not tells us the streets were closed because of protests, and we were unable to get transportation to meeting point. They would not refund us any portion of our payment. We tried walking and running for 40 minutes to the location since we could not get transportation. We arrived in Rome the day of our tour . How did we know about 300,000 people protesting ? Very unkind customer service and greedy operator. Use another tour operator that has a heart.

Go for it if you're a little time constrained and seeking last minute bookings

Although both places were packed as hell and running a tight ship, Gabriel made everyone feel at ease and showed he truly knew his business. I'll be back again

Response from Host, Nov 2024

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for sticking with us even on a packed day! We’re so glad to hear Gabriel made a difference—it sounds like his knowledge and calm energy really came through. He truly knows how to keep things enjoyable even when it’s busy, and I’ll make sure he hears how much you appreciated it. Looking forward to having you back for another adventure (hopefully with fewer crowds next time)! Safe travels until then! CIao Ciao!
