Our host, Deborah Virgili, was outstanding with her knowledge and sharing that knowledge of the Vatican with us. She was very excited to be doing the tour. She was personable and understood exactly the capabilities of having a person in a wheelchair.

My family and I had the most wonderful time on this tour! My mother was in a wheelchair and there were plenty of accessible pathways and lifts to help. Serena was an AMAZING guide and was so friendly, she made the experience that much better, and she made us feel extremely comfortable! I highly recommend this tour; we were all able to see everything and learn so much about the history of the Vatican!

Excellent tour with Franz. Tour started on time, skipped lines, whizzed thru security. Franz was knowledgeable, friendly, engaging, and made our trip to the Vatican one to remember!

Our tour guide Michael(Michelle), was completely informative and self aware that he was guiding an individual with ADA requirements. He was cheerful, funny and made every effort to make our wheelchair accessible tour of the Vatican a memory that I and my wife will always cherish. A+++ Michael!

This was an excellent tour for people who are physically challenged. We were able to get a wheelchair for my mom who can't walk due to having spine surgery recently.
We had our own private tour guide who was an art historian with a Ph.D in Arts and History.. Our guide knew interesting facts about the Vatican museum since she also studied there. We were given a course in Vatican art and history and we highly appreciate her for doing so. Thank you for giving my mom a wonderful memory of visiting the Vatican museum.

Great guide! Knowledgeable and friendly! Franz was a real pro! We thought it would be generic, but he made it a lot of fun. Being in a wheelchair wasn’t how I thought I’d be spending my vacation but he made it so nice.

The tour guide was fantastic. The tour involves literally skipping the lines. I used a mobility scooter. No problem. I would have to tour the Vatican and associated facilities for multiple days in a non skip the line tour to see what we saw in the 4 hour skip the line tour..

Guide Andrea was fantastic, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. He went beyond to make sure we were happy.

All I can say is WOW!! Franz was our tour guide and he was AWESOME!! The Vatican is overwhelming and he knew literally everything about everything. He took us to specific paintings, rooms, sculptures and explanied all of the history. I can't rave enough about him.

Excellent. Our tour guide, Andreas, was very patient, accommodating and knowledgable. My mother required a wheel chair and he took care of that with a minimum of delay. As a result of his attention to our needs our visit to the Sistine Chapel was a totally rewarding.

Amazing tour! Deborah from Tours of Rome was so knowledgeable and went into a lot of detail for us for all of the exhibits. She was friendly and caring, and built a rapport with us and even pushed my mom's wheelchair towards the end. We would go again on this tour and with Deborah as our guide.

Fantastic experience! Highly recommend. Our guide was extremely helpful in helping us navigate this beautiful place with our low mobility father. Thank you again!!!

I would highly recommend this tour. Although we were disappointed that St Peter's Basilica was closed the day of our tour we totally enjoyed every minute with our tour guide. She was amazing and very helpful. Her knowledge of history was outstanding. Viator did a perfecto job!
