Roberto is the best guide ever! Our ticket was divided into two days, so the second day we only had the colosseum, but Alberto went above and beyond to show us historical places and parks on the way to the colosseum, then took us to a local pizza restaurant before driving us back to our hotel. Amazing service.

Mauricio is simply Amazing! My mom has cancer and we had just learned it had metastasized everywhere. We booked our cruise and excursions in 10 days! Her last trip will be the Mediterranean, her dream. My sister, my aunt, myself, and my mom made the trip. We were fortunate enough to have found Mauricio to help with transportation to Rome from our port. My mom needs a scooter (which we had with us) and Mauricio was able to help with her mobility scooter in his van. He took us to areas in Rome that we will never forget. He is kind and gave us some history on the way. I know this was mainly for transportation BUTit was nice to be with someone that knows the area. He took us to a great little coffee shop once in Rome and to see some of the most beautiful fountains we had ever seen. You can’t go wrong with booking Mauricio. He was so kind and helpful which made this trip that more memorable for all of us but mostly my mom. He is a great communicator which is always a plus when traveling abroad. Mauricio was phenomenal! Truly a wonderful man who made our time in Rome and Vatican City an amazing experience. So special. Can not recommend him enough!! He even made dinner reservations for us at one of his favorite restaurants where the food and service were exceptional and we were treated like family. Such an amazing tour and guide! Premium Price for Skip the Line Tickets and Private Car, No Live Guide

Please note that this tour is not a private tour with a live guide. It is a skip-the-line ticket and transportation service. I had booked the tour thinking a private tour guide would be provided for the Vatican Museum and Colosseum, but guides are not included. The driver, Massimo, and the provided Mercedes sedan were great, but the guide portion of the tour consists of prerecorded snippets about various tourist locations. No live guide. I booked very late, only one week before my arrival in Italy. So getting tickets to the Vatican Museum and Colosseum was virtually impossible. Using the private tour service allowed me to obtain skip-the-line tickets for the Vatican Museum and Colosseum. But these tickets and private transportation comes at a high premium price. Besides the skip-the-line tickets for the Vatican and Colosseum, the best part is being able to see the sites are your own leisure, with a private car waiting according to your timing. We were able to spend 3 full hours at the Vatican and St. Peter's Basilica, which is longer than most guided tours. We were then able to pick and choose which sites to visit.

Thank you for your kind cooperation on the reviews, we must say that our service which by the way is well explained on the Viator site rightly includes the skip line as it was said, and a driver guide, which is not a guide official but a figure who has the authorization to give information of a historical and social nature, but not to drive in the various archaeological sites, where, moreover, an official guide is necessary, this can be understood since the price is completely lower than others.
