Horrible service. Turned up at the agreed time at 9.am. Stuck around for 20 minutes. Service was closed. Shocking that they can refuse to refund when they don’t even provide the service. Disappointed and would not recommend. Save your money.

I'm sorry for this judgment and I remember perfectly what it is. I remind you that you arrived before opening time and we open exactly at 09.00 and you did not wait for us to open the shop. The bikes were ready for you and you never showed up, we received a phone call....Only request for refund!!!!

Freundlicher und unkomplizierter Fahrradverleih in guter Lage in Rom. Fahrrad könnte wie bestellt abgeholt werden. Radfahren in Rom ist ein besonderes Erlebnis.

El servicio del operador increíble! Las bicicletas en muy buen estado y funcional. Al principio mucho temor del tráfico y poco control de saber que calles y avenidas tomar. Requiere desde nuestro punto de vista conocer mejor el área de antemano y así saber que calles evitar y rutas más seguras por donde ir. Pero si es buena alternativa ya que es mucho más barato moverse en bici de un sitio a otro.
