We wasted a ton of time, trying to figure out where to begin. Eventually, we called the telephone number for help and the company that actually runs the tours gave us very clear directions. They prefer that you let everyone know to contact them at least 24 hours ahead of time, we wish you had done that because our experience would’ve been so much better.

Hi Brenda, I want to address a few things: you purchased this experience through Viator, which is fine. However, they do not provide you with clear directions, as you noted. They also don't give us your contact info, so we have to wait for you to reach out to us. I am glad we got to connect finally and that you had a good time once you received the relevant info from us.
As for the one star review, your frustrations are warranted. As you note, this is the fault of Viator for not providing you with any useful info, but your one star review harms us (Discover Richmond Tours, a small business based in Richmond) more than anyone. I hope you'll consider removing it, since you had a positive experience once you got in touch with us.
