Particularly enjoyable for history buffs. That said, this is mostly touring historic neighborhoods and stopping to look at the homes of famous historical figures and/or looking at buildings where famous events took place. Not as interesting for the casual tourist. Trolley was comfortable and tour guide was knowledgeable.

We learned so much about Richmond’s history! It was great! Our guide was very enthusiastic about pointing out the older buildings but also highlighting fun activities that happen in Richmond now.

This was SO much fun. Got to see beautiful and amazing history, learned so much and really enjoyed ourselves. The only issue was the noise. We sat in the back of the trolley and you could hear some sort of motor which made it hard to hear the host.

This is a very thorough tour of the city of Richmond. You will see highlights and learn much about the history in a relaxed mode of transportation, the trolley. The guide was informative and well first in all areas of Richmond history

An excellent tour of RVA with highlights of landmarks blended with stories of real historical figures who contributed greatly to their time and place. Even if you have lived here all your life, you will likely meet a new historical figure and hear a few facts that are new to you. They were to me. Thoroughly enjoyable!

Driver was excellent , narrator was excellent. Bus was miserable. I’ve been on many city tours, and this was the worst buss I can remember. The root of the problem is the loud diesel engine up front, and since the narrator has to speak from this position, she had to speak loudly and the sound system had to blast out for her to be heard.. The bus was also advertised as air conditioned, but it was either in operable or very inadequate. The sound problem can be resolved with better sound insulation, which I’m sure is available for commercial buses like this. Please make improvements.

Trolley was extremely uncomfortable for the whole 2 hrs. Very hot on Trolley. Host spoke very fast and couldn't see anything out of the Trolley. Waste of my money and time
