Awful experience. They just didn’t pick me up and the phone number is out of service. Do not use this company. I was super excited and miss the one opportunity I had to see the northern lights because of them.
Just be aware that, as the title says, you might go on a futile ride! There was major miscommunication with the time and the pick up location and the confusion regarding who was picking us up!! No bathroom break factored in or place to go. Nature doesn’t cut it!!! Guide talked too much about himself during the course of the tour. Started out great but became too much. Bus was an older model and operator was not familiar with it so had to get another operator to assist!
None as we were told by the driver that we weren’t on the trip! We were told to wait at bus stop 13 for the driver to eventually turn up and say we are with a different company!

Our guide was at the chosen stop and was calling you on the phone. After waiting, at 20:15 they had to leave to continue with the tour. You indicate that no one asked you and we think it is possible that you asked a different provider, as there are many companies operating in Reykjavík.
