Best Tour ever

Golden Circle Small group Tour. Our driver was Agnes she was the VERY BEST Driver/Tour information guide that we have ever had in more than 15 Tours we have taken across the globe. She is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. The 5 star rating does not do her service justice. Their rating as far as We are concerned should be more than 10. Agnes gave us the best tour Geoiceland offered for small group. She had knowledge of the history of Iceland it was like listening to a historian. AGNES went the extra mile to guide us throughout the tour. This we appreciated so much. The staff at Geoiceland was very accommodating, gracious, and generous. Many thanks to them and a super driver/Guide in m lol

Our tour guide was Agnes and she made this excursion so much fun. Her charm and knowledge about the places we visited could not have been more enjoyable. I recommend this tour for someone who wants to see some of the most beautiful parts of Iceland a short time..

We did this tour as a shore excursion. It was easy to find the tour at the port. There was plenty of time at each location. Tour guide was easy to understand. The guide gave us plenty of information as he drove.

One of the best guides we have ever experienced! Jagoda went above and beyond to show and explain about the places we were visiting but also so much more and we also had a few additional stops as we were doing very well with time. We were a bit worried about booking the experience outside of our cruise provider but we had much better time with this (we saw the cruise group and they weren't nearly as happy and pampered). Highly recommended!

Mediocre tour

Had a little problem with the tour, there were a couple places that were dropped off, but had no guide to tell us what we were seeing. so we’re walking through these two big walls of rock, not knowing that that was actually an earthquake separated the rocks. I found that out later. so I found that the tour was not real real helpful as to knowing understanding the geology and where we were the guide tried very hard, but she did not speak English very clearly, which is not necessarily an issue, but I don’t think she was as knowledgeable of the area as she could’ve been.

First time in Iceland

The scenery in the Golden Circle was fantastic. Our driver, Ania, was great. We had one couple who made us wait 30 extra minutes because they did not follow directions. She made up for this couple's lack of consideration to fellow travelers.

This tour was very nice. The waterfalls were fabulous. Needed more time to spend at each location visited.

Excursion ok but vehicle needs to be more spacious & less hazardous to get in / out.

First of all it was difficult to locate the vehicle. The tour was good. My biggest complaint was the vehicle we were in. It was very small, there was not any room to put your backpack so you had to hold it on your lap. Stepping in/out of the vehicle was very hazardous. You had to be careful of the step not being wide enough for your foot, it would have helped having a sturdy step stool. The guide pretty much stayed in vehicle & let the tourists open/close the van door. The only time he stood at Van exit was at the end to get tips.

Our excursion guide Agnus was very knowledgeable. She provided tons of information on every location we visited. She gave us enough time to truly enjoy each stop. Agnus also added a few stops that included trying some geothermal bread and Iceland ice cream, which is a must try! The excursion was paced amazingly and Agnus also drove us a bit through the city to see a few of the main attractions in Reykjavik before returning to the ship. Would definitely recommend this excursion and our guide!

Excellent tour and guide. We ended up being only 6 people and had a great day. Our guide Blueberry was a sharp pretty young lady with a wealth of knowledge and loads of Icelandic pride. We got to see where the north American tectonic plate was moving away from the Eurasian plate. Then we saw the gorgeous Gullfoss falls, then the Kerid volcano and walked around the top of the caldera. Then a lunch and Geysir to view the geyser field. We were able to see 3 eruptions of the largest one. The tour was in a 20 passenger quite comfortable bus. My wife put 19,000 steps on her Fitbit but almost all the walking was downhill or flat except for the caldera. We were dropped off at the top and picked up at the bottom in a few places. The pace was just right for our aging group (80, 72,71,69). After the tour when we were back on board our cruise ship we all gave it 2 thumbs up. Excellent value. No hesitation in recommending this tour. We will remember and talk about this one for a long time.
