It was an nice experience and we had fun visiting the amazing scenaries of Iceland but the only thing that could be improved was the time allowed at each location, We only wish it could have been longer to get more value of each place to see more.

Great experience seeing the "biggies" that Iceland has to offer. Small group also offers flexibility that the big bus tours can't.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so glad you enjoyed seeing Iceland’s highlights and appreciated the flexibility of our small-group tour!
Great day out, do not miss it.
Michael_D, Aug 2026
A very enjoyable day. We had undertaken the golden circle before, but in December so it was a treat to see the sights in the summer. That said this tour visited two destinations not included in the standard golden circle tours. Those being the Kerid Crater which was quite spectacular to walk around the rim and the Bruarfoss waterfall was very good to see as well. Gullfoss was outstanding, although in the height of winter it's also fascinating when frozen.
Thoroughly recommend this tour and the transport was comfortable.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you, Michael, for your wonderful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed seeing Iceland in summer and discovering Kerið and Brúarfoss, and we truly appreciate your recommendation!

Great trip thanks to our driver Oly!
Brandi_L, Jun 2026
We had a great tour with Oly as our driver/tour guide. He was waiting at our scheduled stop prior to the arranged time and we left promptly. He expertly guided us to all the landmarks on our trip and provided interesting information and facts along the way. The bus was comfortable and everything went as expected. This was an excellent introduction to our first “group tour” experience and a great way to see more of Iceland.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you so much, Brandi, for your wonderful review! We’re delighted that the guide made your first group tour experience comfortable, informative, and enjoyable, and we truly appreciate your recommendation!

Best choice

Time for everything on our 9 hr adventure. Just the waterfall itself made it worth it.
Our guide Mona kept us on track @ was very gracious sharing her knowledge.
Awesome Golden Circle small group tour
Miriam_L, Aug 2025
This is a wonderful tour to see highlights of Reykjavik outside of the city. Our guide made a couple of extra stops to get close to Icelandic horses and a farm that makes awesome ice cream. We made it back to port on time with a few minutes to spare.
Great Tour of the Golden Circle
Jeffrey_B, Aug 2025
The Golden Circle is a wonderful day trip from Reykjavik - with more places to visit than time will permit. And the weather will almost certainly not cooperate for the entire day - but being on a small coach with a knowledgeable local guide made for a great tour.
Golden Circle fun with Anton
Angela_K, Dec 2024
Anton was a wonderful guide and we loved his stories and dad jokes. We had an amazing time and definitely this tour made us want to come back to Iceland to do and see more. The stops for food were perfect too!
Golden Circle tour was worth it
judith_h, Sep 2024
The waterfall stops were breathtaking. Tomas gave us a great individual tour as other people canceled when their ship couldn't make port. He added one or two stops...fairly long day but Tomas kept it well paced.
Great Mini-bus Tour
Michael_F, Aug 2024
Anton did a great job of showing us the sites and giving us interesting and humorous stories surrounding the places we visited and bout Iceland in general. He did a great job of driving the very comfortable mini-bus and keeping us informed on our destination and the scenery we passed.
Overall Good Tour for Iceland Highlights
Dale_A, Jul 2024
Kerid Crater, Gullfoss Waterfall, Stokkur Geysir, and Thingvellir National Park were all interesting and enjoyable to visit. The tomato greenhouse was rather dull.

Pick up was bad. Victors description of the meeting spot was incorrect according to the tour company. Led to a 1.5 hour delay. Poor administration.
Great tour!
james_l, Jul 2024
Our driver/guide was the highlight of the trip. Extremely knowledgeable and easy to listen to. He paced the day very well and added a tour through the city which we had been unable to do the day before due to embarkation issues. Highly recommend!

Great guide/driver
Theodore_L, Jun 2024
The mini bus driver/ guide was very informative and friendly. He also stayed on the schedule very accurately.
We learned a lot
Iris_T, May 2024
There was a waterfall on the later part of the tour that seemed to form its own sort of aqueduct between two rock walls before falling down a second waterfall. It was a good walk and a beautiful spot.
Thank you Anton for a lovely day!
jennifer_m, May 2024
Kudos to the company!
The day before our tour we were contacted to let us know we would be the only ones on the tour so our driver would be picking us up in a CRV instead of the usual van. I am so happy that we were still able to take this tour; many other operators may have cancelled due to a low amount of participants.
Anton, our guide was a very professional gentleman. It was nice to feel like we had our own private tour. He made our tour experience a very positive one. We did not feel rushed at all and were able to see everything at our own pace. He told us a lot of information about the country and what it was like to live in Iceland.
Golden Circle with Tómas
Valerie_S, Jan 2024
A good time. Tómas was very knowledgeable and did the tour “his way,” which ended up being great. I’d recommend this tour to anyone.
Great time
kerry_i, Nov 2023
Our tour guide Eric (Sorry can't pronounce his real name) was amazing! Very nice and kept us engaged. Loved hearing about local life and the history of Iceland while driving stop to stop.
Don’t be the last 4 to board for this tour.
Halvor_H, Aug 2023
The stops along the tour route we’re nice and the driver was ok. The viewing windows were small. I sat in the back with minimal views while riding from stop to stop. It was advertised that Wi-Fi would be available; it wasn’t.
Response from Host, Aug 2023
Dear Halvor,
Thank you for taking the time to write a review, we truly appreciate it. Our goal is always to leave our customers happy and satisfied.
I am sorry that you had a seat at the back of the bus with a smaller window and a worse view from the window. The Sprinter bus is standard and for technology and safety reasons the panoramic window cannot be placed near the back seat.
We had a large group on the day of the tour. Unfortunately, we had people with disabilities and mobility restrictions. When they sat down, it looked like one person two seats were taken. You sat at the back of the bus, where there seems to be more room to sit next to each other. However, there were 2 free seats at the front of the bus near the window next to the disabled passenger. I understand that you wanted to sit together and it was your decision.
WI-FI was working on the bus, it was checked before departure. Perhaps the connection was very slow or more complicated due to the large number of people who wanted to connect or use the WI-FI on the bus.
Sorry again for the inconvenience.
EXCELLENT EXCURSION
James_K, Aug 2023
All the stops were very memorable and wothwhile. Excellent small group tour! The guide was very informative.
Tour made too long…..,,,
Patricia_R, Jul 2023
We did see places we wanted to see. Then we proceeded to see additional locations. We went over the time give on the information page as for timeline.
We scheduled this tour because we arrived to early for check in to our hotel. Needless to say, we were exhausted to start with, and that was our fault. We should have never scheduled this tour.
The driver/tour guide was thrilled that someone else on the tour spoke Russian. So he proceeded to speak Russian a lot.
From experience, we appreciate guides that are from the country we are visiting. We find they are proud of their country and you can tell by their guidance.
The van temperature was not consistent and got very warm at times.
Response from Host, Jul 2023
Dear Patricia,
Thank you so much for leaving us a review and giving us your compliments. Our goal is always to leave our customers happy and satisfied. I am sorry that you did not like our tour program and that the tour was too long for you.
Yes, I was not born in Iceland, but I have lived here for most of my life and have been working as a driver/guide for more than fifteen years. I regret that there were passengers in the group who did not understand English at all, so Russian was also spoken. In Iceland it is normal practice for the driver/guide to speak two or three languages.Once again, I apologize for the unjustified expectations, I hope you will have a better experience next time.
Best regards,
Antanas

Great Day Out
Richard_C, Apr 2023
Anton was a great guide, with a dry sense of humour and easy to understand.
He was flexible with timing the tour, we didn't feel rushed at all. Stopped at all the sites and I don't think it was luck that we managed to arrive and leave before larger groups swamped the areas.
