Overview

Reykjavik may be totally urban, but rugged trails wind just outside the city—and you'll get to experience the wild on this quad bike ride. After pickup from downtown Reykjavik, you'll arrive at basecamp, gear up, learn the ropes, and set out for adventure. Your guide will lead you through Icelandic nature, to Hafravatn lake and Reykjavik Peak for great views of the city (and plenty of adrenaline).

You need to be ready for pick up at 09:00, 13:00 depending on the departure time you took. The pick-up can take up to 30 min. All hotels in downtown Reykjavik are at a no pick up zone by the city. Therefore you will need to walk to the nearest bus stop. It should be 2-5 minute walk from your hotel. if you need help finding the nearest bus stop please contact us.

worst service just take booking for money and than cancelled tour which costs you stay and transport to pick up

i booked three tour and two they canceled after reaching the pick up point and at booking time multiple times confirmed with agent that tour will not be cancelled and still they charge and than cancel that too we have to call that we are waiting and they say oh tour has been cancelled.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We have no record of any cancellation from us and to our knowledge did you join a tour on July 8th. We came and picked you up from Bus stop#6 and even dropped you off at the domestic airport since you had luggage to travel up North. This review is not fair and we kindly ask you to remove it since you must be mixing us with a another company. We also checked with Viator and there is no record of any cancellations from us for any of our tours through Viator. can you please send us an email to safari@safari.is so we can have a better understanding

Riding was mostly on highway with maybe 15 min of off road driving. Also we went very slow. Kind of boring and would not do again.

We had an awesome experience with driving an ATV, under the guidance of Sven (who has great dance moves when he's listening to music) :) amazing view over the lake and Iceland nature sceneries! Helmets, gloves, inner gloves, isolating suits etc. are all included and cleaned beforehand It was al lot of fun, de guides were very helpful and all and all did a great job giving us a fun experience!
