Made and pre-paid for transportation from Providence airport to hotel months ahead of time. Flight information was provided at that time. No one showed to pick us up, so we ended up calling a Uber. The refund was prompt, but I'd have preferred the ride over the refund.

Although I'm still not quite understanding why the toll is not included in the standard fare, this was a much better experience than my transfer into Newport. The driver was great and we talked all the way through the journey. He was on time and fun to be around. I would use her services again.
