Lot of walking & hills, but frequent stops to listen to stories made it easier. Great stories & history. Lots of good energy and fun with our guide. Highly recommend

Great walk and and stories - some beautiful architecture and guide was so great/ easy parking and meet up spot - loved that we even got to walk on brown campus and learn some lore

Fun and interesting. There are a lot of up and down hills, a little challenging since I am out of shape and have a bad knee from a catastrophic dislocation. But I was able to do it and keep up with caution and careful steps. Beautiful neighborhoods and Brown University Campus.

Fascinating! Historically accurate, with many piece of information you’ll recognize if you’ve ready about Providence’s history. Those are woven into a richer fabric of the paranormal that give you a spookiness factor we all seek out in October. Also, the walking paths were charming and fitting. Our tour guide Cait was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, friendly, charismatic, patient, and humorous. We learned so much about the properties on the tour but also Cait gave us some personal stories. I highly recommend this tour and Cait. You won’t be disappointed. (Also use the restroom before you go, there are none along the tour).
Leo was fantastic, knowledgeable and very theatrical!!! She kept everyone in the group attentive!!! Real enjoyable
