Cait made the experience fun! We learned alot, it was well paced, we got to see beautiful architecture and learn about the city too. She was personable, funny, and made the tour fly by! I would absolutely recommend checking out next time you are in the area.

Fascinating! Historically accurate, with many piece of information you’ll recognize if you’ve ready about Providence’s history. Those are woven into a richer fabric of the paranormal that give you a spookiness factor we all seek out in October. Also, the walking paths were charming and fitting. We are so glad we did this and look forward to a repeat next year!

Our tour guide Cait was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable, friendly, charismatic, patient, and humorous. We learned so much about the properties on the tour but also Cait gave us some personal stories. I highly recommend this tour and Cait. You won’t be disappointed. (Also use the restroom before you go, there are none along the tour).

Stephanie was phenomenal. Great spooky local history and not a bad walk. I took the 8pm tour June of 2025 and it was nice to be able to see the sun setting in the park before the tour. 10/10 would recommend!

Just an FYI for those planning to walk to the start point from downtown — there's a pretty steep hill! The tour itself, and our guide, Cait, were both delights. I had a great time and learned some Providence history in a compelling way! Cait was also super nice and offered to give non-tour related recommendations and tips about visiting Providence. Also, a few of the stops had convenient places to lean or sit down.

Our tour guide Carson was amazing! They were a really compelling story teller, and the ghost stories we heard gave us a lot to think about for the rest of our trip. The tour was definitely fun and family friendly, and we may have even had some unexpected visitors in our pictures from the night…

Not the horror and ghoul stories I expects but s great rundown of real things that occurred and led to ghostly experiences.
On top of that a good preview of buildings and areas to visit in College Hill the next day - like taking one of those sight seeing buses with a running narrative.
