Captain Bob and Sharon were a delight. They were easygoing and fun to chat with as our group enjoyed the sunset cruise. I expected to see more of the sun setting part, but I booked the 7pm slot. I loved it and if I had to go back I would still choose the same time! Be sure to look on other platforms to make sure you’re getting the cheapest rate though. I think it was more expensive here.

This is well worth it. Great views and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for a couple for a quiet getaway.

This boat tour was a lot of fun. We met all the people on the boat with us. Some were local and others visiting from out of town like us. The crew was fun and the twilight setting was really nice. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful night on the river at sunset, Captain Bob and his wife were welcoming. It's a great way to see the city. Plenty of inexpensive street parking in the area.

The experience was great. The check in is also an ice cream store/ gift shop which was very convenient. Very nice staff. The captain and the other captain/ pouring person were funny and nice. It’s great to see good customer service and people that like their jobs! 10/10

Great canal sunset cruise - wonderful service - fun music and yummy wines- fun too see the city of Providence from the water look g up - especially as it grew darker and all the city lights started to glow. Definitely recommend

It was a very relaxing ride and the crew was fantastic the only problem was we don’t drink and I didn’t realize when I was booking that is is a wine drinking ride. I should have gone on the narrated one.

Mary was a super friendly sweet hostess. We felt we were treated as family. Tim did a detour for us so we could go see the fire show down by the bridge. It was so peaceful and a great atmosphere to be on the water.

Rude and not accommodating. Missed the first tour due to traffic and was supposed to get a call about rescheduling. Never did but they took our money. Would not recommend.

Jocelyn, you were 17 minutes late for check-in, and arrived AFTER the boat had departed, so we're not exactly sure what you expected here. Everyone else on your sold-out Twilight River Cruise arrived on time and enjoyed the tour with Captain Tim, so we're sorry you couldn't manage your time a bit better, but that's certainly not our fault.

Nice relaxing boat ride with complimentary whine was a great touch. Wish there was more time in bay and less around the river with no waterfire there is a ride fore that.

Very laid back and enjoyable twilight cruise with Tom at helm. Would recommend as a final evening tour in Providence. The Prosecco was a nice added touch!
