Providence is small so you wont see a lot of sites. However, you will learn a lot about the history of Providence.

The tour was a wonderful overview of Providence. Phil, our tour guide, was so interesting and informative. It was easy to see how knowledgeable and passionate he is about Providence. It’s a city that offers beautiful architecture and amazing food. I’ve never been disappointed with Viatour.

Our driver and guide Phil was fabulous! In addition to knowing the area well, he is a great storyteller. Phil is proud of his RI heritage and has a sense of humor about its small/big size. We had a fine time on this tour, learned a lot, and appreciate the opportunity to see this interesting city.

This was a fabulous trip. Our driver/tour guide was wonderful. Jared knew the history and backstory of everywhere we went. He stopped for photos at the best places. Give yourself an extra 30 minutes for questions and detours due to road work. This tour is well worth the cost and time. It was the best way to see Providence. I would take the tour again if I could return to Providence.

One of the best tours I’ve taken of the city. Maybe the best. Our tour guide was warm, extremely knowledgeable and prompt. He told us such interesting facts about what we were seeing, and tips about what to see and do, and knew gobs about history. He was wonderful. Ask for Jared!

You have to find and pay for parking in downtown Providence. Did not know that ahead of time. But Phil our tour guide was good.

Great tour of Providence that took us to Federal Hill, past Brown University and through beautiful neighborhoods of stately old brownstone houses with interesting narration by Phil who offered many details on the city’s rich and colorful past only a local would know. Very enjoyable.
