A:Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure are open 365 days a year. Operating hours normally begin at 9am and closing times vary between 6pm-10pm depending on date and seasonality. Universal Volcano Bay operating hours normally begin at 10am and closing times vary between 6pm-8pm depending on date and seasonality. Please note: Park Hours are subject to change.

Overall a simple process to obtain my tickets. Have the confirmation number that is in the email ready to provide the ticket salesperson. There was no kiosk, and the staff stated that the kiosks are no longer in use. Universal parks were amazing, can't wait to go back again. Seuss landing was amazing.

We brought our voucher to the ticket office, and they helped us exchange it for our three-day tickets with no issues. I do wish there had been an option to add the voucher directly to Apple Wallet for more convenience. That said, I was happy with the savings. I was able to get money back through my credit card rewards, Rakuten, and even received credit through Viator, which made the purchase feel like a great value overall.

Viator Passes Do not Provide Clear Details

Clear details were not provided in what I purchased, which I thought was a 2-day park to park pass for Universial Studios and Islands of Adventure plus Epic. When I got to the gate to exchange, Epic staff told me "no." I called Viaotor, and they said yes, that I had purchased the 3 day park passes. I waited an hour before I was able to go into the park, waiting on the phone for them. Then, they told me that I only had a 2-day pass. I paid about $1600 for the 2-day park passes for 4 people. Plus, I had to pay extra $500 to get an extra 3rd day to the park, and that was only for 3 people. I'm hesistant to use Viator again. It lost me an hour of time in the park.

Alternative way to get your Universal tickets

If you are staying at a Universal resort such as Loews Sapphire Falls, you can redeem these tickets at the Guest Services desk, which is usually open until 8 PM. This means you can get your tickets after checking in and don't have to go to the ticket office at one of the parks to redeem your voucher. This was not always the case but I'm glad Universal can redeem the vouchers you get from Viator now, as it saves a major headache we had previously.

STAY AWAY Terrible Customer Service don't get what you pay for

Terrible, purchased 2 day park to park 1 day epic total of three days. Got to park and was told that the park to park was o ly for one day. Called Viator and they confirmed it was for 2 days park to park one day epic for a total of three days. They then "escalated it" and I got an email saying refund denied because I used one park day? Had to purchase more tickets at the park for islands of adventure and my son's werent able to take the Harry Potter train because I wasn't able to get buy park to park tickets at universal after purchasing these tickets. Moral of the story is just spend a little bit more and get the tickets directly from Universal. All there customer service seems to be in the Phillipines or somewhere as well. Will definitely not be using them for future purchases.

Easy to use the viator at Universal Studios Guest Services. Although we don’t ride roller coaster, there are things to do at universal Studios and islands of adventure. Might not be the same at Epic since only 6 attractions and entertainment we can do. It’s recommended to download the Universal Studios app

Good: I loved the Blues Brothers performance and the dancers at the Hollywood 50s diner. Also the Harry Potter village was impressive. Bad: You will have long waits for the Hoggwarts train to the next park and for the Harry Potter rollercoaster ride at that park.

Had an awesome time visiting Universal Studios and Islands of adventure during the holidays! The lines were a bit long during peak times but it was to be expected, and we still rode many rides and even some of the Harry Potter rides twice!
