No worries, you’ll receive a quick kayak or paddle board lesson then you’ll wade into the water. All equipment and safety devices are ready to use so all you need to arrive with is a swimsuit and you’re ready to participate.

There is plenty of parking alongside the boat ramp. Please plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour time in case you run into traffic, use the restroom, etc. We start our tours on time. If you are not with your guide prior to tour time, you will miss your tour.

The tour is very nice and the guide is very knowledgeable about the lake and surrounding areas. Great place to create a memorable experience with loved ones and enjoy the great outdoors. Lots of beautiful scenery along the way and overall a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend this tour. Kayaking is a great way to spend the day

Our Tour guide Richard was nothing but the best and informative person to help me get through my first time Kayaking. Not only did he make it special for my Girlfriend's Birthday. But his carefree spirit made it more relaxing and enjoyable. And I will definitely do it again....

This was my first time Paddleboarding, my guides Rich and Aaron were fantastic! They taught me how to navigate very fast and made me feel safe throughout the process. It was a fabulous experience and felt like hanging out with friends, not to mention the view was fantastic! I am even considering purchasing my own paddleboard :)

Shannon was a great guide for beginners paddleboarding. She taught us the techniques, proper standing and kneeling, as well as how to grip correctly the paddle stick. Pictures were provided and I was able to paddle a tour of a small fish and lotus across the bridge. This is a great guide for the beginners lesson. Dry bag is included.

Bring a jacket cause I’m the evening it can get cold but me and my husband became a natural in no time. It’s a workout for your arena but the view is beautiful. You're able to venture out on your own but it’s not to far to receive help. I did not know that it you fall in it’s about 45 feet. We didn’t fall in but didn’t know about the depth until after we came back lol. I loved it great bday/ anniversary gift for couple who like to try new things. We decided on separate Kayak bc I didn’t want to run the risk of my husband’s lack of coordination and my clumsiness to make us fall in being beginners lol so we chose to learn to ride side by side and one in front of the other. 30 mins before it was over some decided it end there tour but even throughout the windy weather we still enjoyed our one on one

Paddle Boarding during the Holiday break

Angie, our instructor and guide was awesome! She provided just the right amount of instruction to help my husband and I and our 2 teenage kids get standing up, paddling and comfortable. She took numerous pictures of us, which she then shared with us post paddle for no extra charge, she played holiday tunes from her board, shared her adorable Pug, Ollie with us and provided just the right mix of exploration and information. I would definitely recommend a paddleboard excursion with Angie and the Viator tripadvisory company.

Perfect Way to Spend a Saturday

Tracy was super friendly and knowledgeable! She helped us get used to paddle boarding and knew fun facts about the area. They even included a water and snack for us to enjoy on the water! The entire experience was very serene and relaxing. I didn’t realize lake Ivanhoe was so big! Afterward, we were able to walk a couple of blocks for a nice lunch. As a local, this tour is perfect for those looking to do something new and fun on a weekend. Overall, it was a wonderful time!

We were first time paddle boarders are we had a great time! Instruction was great! They made us feel very confident! The location was amazing! Equipment was great and they even had water proof bags for our phones so we could take them out with us in order to take pics!! We will be doing this again!! Loved this experience!!

There are some serious communication issues going on here. I downloaded my ticket, it said they would contact me via email or text message if location changed. I never received a text message saying that the location change so I drove to the address that was on the reservation and ticket. It sent me to the house, not location I was supposed to be at. However when I called all I got was a voicemail. Left message nobody bothered to call me back. I was very disappointed With this booking. I do not recommend. Ended up having to request a refund.
