We booked about a week out for an airport transfer to a Universal Studios hotel. We received a text a few days before with instructions on what to do once we arrived at the airport for pick up and the name of the driver and a description of the pick up vehicle. We waited about 20 minutes for our ride after letting them know we were curbside and ready for pick up. The ride and drop off was fine and as planned.

I booked for a round trip for a holiday. On the first leg the driver was very rude and pushy - there were delays at the airport and he immediately sent an aggressive message saying he would not wait. I didn’t mind this - there was a one hour policy which was stated when booking - but he was unnecessarily rude. It turned out he wanted me to pay him $30 extra dollars (essentially trying to scam me into paying him extra before the time limit was up). On the return leg they just didn’t turn up - they claimed I told them the wrong time (I didn’t - they had incorrectly put the booking in for the flight time instead of the pickup time I requested). They then refused to refund the second leg (I had to get my own cab in the end) and Viator also didn’t help.

The driver was scheduled to pick us up at 2 PM from our resort. He did not arrive until after 2 PM and then proceeded to load the wrong family into his vehicle without even checking that it was the correct reservation. I tried to call as soon as they started driving away, but he did not answer. I then texted stating that he had the wrong people in his vehicle. Thankfully, he turned around and picked us up. However, we were then driving very quickly to the airport while he was texting what appeared to be other pick ups.

I had a great pickup and ride with Luke! Prior to my arrival, he provided instructions and was very responsive. He assisted with my bags and was very friendly. I am going to book again! And I would recommend to others!
