On the day of our tour, the address for starting the tour was changed. We had trouble finding the new location. The company worked with us and helped us. The driver actually found us and picked us up. Lewis was great!

Grayline tours were great in past. Near 100° temp, a/c in bus not working, & last minute pu/drop off change from Riverfront Station to Omni Hotel downtown made this one a disappointment. Had planned to take Uber to station and return home on commuter train, but drove to get downtown instead. $55 to park nearby!! Temp in bus was awful. Would have canceled had we known and rescheduled.

The driver was well informed and funny. Nice AC considering it was very warm that day. Great tour! Highly recommend

Great tour guide who told a lot of history around the city. The Ryman tour was amazing and the Hall of fame was great

Nick was an awesome tour guide! Very knowledgeable, but still made it fun with his humor. The inclusion of tickets to the Ryman Auditorium and Country Music Hall of Fame made this tour well worth it!

Great tour! Loved all the historical tidbits. The driver Big? Was very informative and made us laugh too.

Big Jerry was excellent. An extremely knowledgeable and personable tour guide. My one critique of this tour would be that you need more time at the venues, specifically the Ryman Auditorium. We barely got through the video and walked downstairs and had to go. No fault of anyone, just the speed we needed to move at.
Carol_M, Jun 2026
It was a wonderful, they give you the opportunity to go back to the Ryman the next day which was need. I wish they would have given us the opportunity to go back to the music Hall of fame also because their was not enough time to enjoy all of the exhibits!

The city tour with Leonard and the food tour with Red. Outstanding, different and the best of both worlds in Nashville

Leonard was a great tour guide. Ryan and HOF were great experiences. Don't miss them. General Jackson dinner cruise was canceled due to a mechanical problem.

We loved our tour of Nashville!! This tour provided a wider scope of Nashville. We were driven to places that we typically may not have driven to on our own. The tour included tickets to country music, Hall of Fame and Ryman auditorium both which are famous. Big Jerry was our tour guide and was a fantastic orator and storyteller! Incredibly knowledgeable about Nashville history. Thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.

We went on the Nashville City Tour and had a fantastic time. Our guide, Mike, was great fun, very knowledgeable, and brought the city’s history and culture to life with his stories and local insights. He kept the tour engaging from start to finish and was happy to answer questions along the way. A great way to see Nashville and learn more about the city. Highly recommended.

Dean_H, Jun 2026
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative about all of the stops. We enjoyed going to Centennial Park wish we could have went in there. But beautiful.
Beth_G, Jun 2026
We learned a lot from the driver and he was very helpful with tips getting around downtown directions and food places.

This was a high quality tour. The tour guides did a good job of getting to know our group a little bit throughout the tour. The information provided by the tour guides was delivered organically, never feeling rushed or too pre-programmed. The time provided to explore the Ryman and the Country Music HoF was sufficient. It was nice to have the option to reenter both venues on our own if we chose to do so. Highly recommend!

This tour was awesome. Our guide was very knowledgable. I highly recommend it. The included tickets were very convenient.

So much information! See all the important spots around town! Our guide was informative and funny! Leonard is the best! They also had to change the pickup point and made sure that we received the information. Would definitely recommend this tour!
Erika_B, May 2026
You will not have enough time to go through the stops. The Ryman makes you stand in a line for 15 mins to watch a 15 minute movie to have 15 mins to go through the rest. Definitely not enough time. Then you drive around the city for a tour but because of the amount of people and type of bus if your tour guide is pointing out something on the other side from where you are sitting you will not see it. The music hall is so massive that you will not get through the floors in the amount of time slotted before closing. The tour guide was awesome though!!
Chandra_Y, May 2026
Tour driver was informative and very fond of I was amazed to see the history of the Ryman auditorium so much fun to hear about all that go through the back door to Tootsies and back to perform 🥰

We really liked our tour guide. He was pleasant and funny.
We were running a few minutes late due to an event going on and they waited for us.
Michael_R, May 2026
A quick tour of the city along with a tour at the Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame You can do the Ryman and Coubtry Hall of Fame on your own but the ease of the tour and highlights of the City were nice
Karl_S, May 2026
The experience fun while educational and so well received by our group. We were celebrating a girls trip with our mother, daughter and granddaughters and this provided us a better view of Music City and made the Nashville trip all that much more better.

Great day in Nashville!
Tour guide Leonard was excellent.
Saw all the key sites plus went to Ryman and Country Music Hall of Fame.
Russell_A, May 2026
Nashville is a growing city and so their was alot of construction and traffic which prevented us from seeing everything the tour was suppose to offer. We did enjoy the tour and saw most of what we wanted to see.
