Bob H was our driver and guide for the trip to Jack Daniel's Distillery, and he was excellent. He is a very careful driver, extremely knowledgeable, and answered all our questions with great details and patience. The whole experience was smooth, interesting, and enjoyable thanks to him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Although we thought we booked a private tour, per the details in our activity when booking, it all worked out. We had an amazing driver Bob H who made the experience worth it. He gave us lots of interesting details about the area on the drive to Lynchburg and was extremely helpful in picking out places to eat and accommodating our group with a cooler for drinks. Bob also brought waters for the group. The distillery tour with Rooster was also amazing. Rooster was funny and knowledgeable at the same time. We learned a lot and laughed even more. We would highly recommend this trip to others.

A well run tour out to the Jack Daniels distillery. Our guide Ray and driver Bob were both really friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a great day out. They even collected our etched bottle for us whilst we were doing the distillery tour! Thanks Ray and Bob!

Long drive to Jack Daniel’s. You must try the BBQ in Lynchburg. Also there is a very good small distillery tasting room off the square called the Company. It’s very good and worth the visit.

Went as a family outing while visiting Nashville. We were lucky enough to go during the world championship bbq invitational, so super busy but so fun. Great food, drinks, and weather! Ray was a great guide and Haley drove like a boss!

From Nashville, expect a long day of travel. Most of which is consumed by highway traffic there & back. Lynchburg has very little to experience & even less time. The Jack Daniels distillery tour is absolutely nothing special or different than any other tour & the tasting is nothing more than what one gets in a bar.

Bob our driver/ guide was great from the start making sure we were ready for the tour by sending us text messages, on time attentive and on the drive out he told us about the distillery history and what we were about to visit. You could tell he had done his research ! Welty of information. Gave us plenty of time to have a bite to eat before the tour and to go shopping before and after the tour. He helped us navigate through getting our bottle engraved and picked it up for us saving us the line up while we were taking the tour. Learnt lots of this historic place! On the way back we talked like old friends back from a trip laughing and having a good time hardly noticing we were back in town for our evening show. Would 100% recommend this tour and Bob as your guide!

This was a fantastic tour! Bob our driver was amazing very knowledgeable and attentive to everyone on the tour. Jack Daniels was amazing. the museum was beautiful and our tour guide was funny and knowledgeable.

Bob and Ray were great and very informative on the bus to and from. Lea the tour guide was very interesting, knowledgeable and friendly. Jack Daniel’s is immaculate, well maintained and very accessible. The tasting was also done very well.

There was a race happening, detours, the tour should have been adjusted for that. We did not have enough time to eat and shop. With the crowds, 1 hour was not enough for both lunch and shop, that should be 2 hours of least. The drive was not great, 3 hours of a not smooth ride, air condition not regulating, it kept getting hot in the back of the bus. But the actual guide at the distillery was great, that part, the tour, was nice.
