The company advertised A Segway experience with a tour through Naples. As we got to the check in counter we were asked to pay an extra $5 for each Segway used, since we made reservations through a third party (aviator). We paid it and proceeded to the practice area for Segway instruction. Once we got there, we were told that they discontinued using Segways and are using now battery powered sit down tricycles. We told them this is false advertising and we should have been told upon the reservation process. They still showing pictures of Segways on their website and on printed materials. We cancelled the trip of 4 and requested a refund. It took several attempts and visits back to the check-in counter to get a refund confirmation. We are still waiting actual refund on our Credit Card Statement. We do not recommend this company. Unfortunately this might the only company offering Segways tours (which they do not have), since all other companies are getting out of the Segway business. Do not use them …. Period.

I booked the Segway tour and unfortunately when we got there, they had us on trikes. The guide was great, but I was disappointed that my group couldn’t do the segways.

We’re sorry you weren’t able to ride the Segways as originally expected. On certain days, due to construction or changing conditions in downtown Naples, we may adjust equipment to ensure the safest and most enjoyable experience for everyone in the group. Safety is always our top priority.

This was a great tour. I advise wearing a hat and some protection. Jay was a great guy and Valerie knowledgeable on Naples. It’s a great way to see the city.

There are no Segways! We got three trikes and a moped! It was fun until two of the trikes ran out of battery and had to be towed back. It was very informative and cool to see how the rich and famous live!

Jay and Larry were the best tour guides! We were about 26 in total and covered so much ground! Jay and Larry were extremely knowledgeable and we learned a lot about Naples. We were supposed to do the Segway tour but they had a power surge so we ended up doing the mopeds and had so much fun! Highly recommend!!

We had the BEST time! I thought I was signing up for a SEGWAY tour with Segways as the picture indicted, the Paul Blart/ Mall Cop ones. However, when we got there we were given a choice of a mo-ped or trike or hoverboard-esq Segway, not what was featured on picture of tour. I believe these Segways were deemed UNSAFE - REGARDLESS we loved this tour and the trikes we rode just wish they would remove the picture as it's misleading. Definitely do the tour on the other bikes at the Naples location. Tour guide was great!

The guide was good. However, the overall experience was not good and I would not do this tour again. There were 30 people in this tour. It was much too big and we couldn't go to some of the stops due to size of tour. We couldn't hear the guide since the group was so big and they did not have any electronic device (Like whisper sync) to be able to hear him.
They mixed trikes, mopeds, and segways all in the same tour. The trikes and mopeds were much faster than the seqways and it was hard to keep up. Also, they had to move some of the trike riders to mopeds since they didn't have enough trikes available for those who had booked the trikes. It was not well organized and not worth the money.

In town for a PickleBall tourney and we always take an extra day or two to visit local attractions.
What a fun time with a great group of folks and guides. We enjoyed the entire experience as we stopped at local points of interest and many higher end homes with details from Jay and his son of owners, values and views where shared.
Would do it again just for the tri-peds we were on...a real blast! Highly recommend.

Totally disorganized location.. Planned the Segway tour weeks in advanced and only learn at the location ready to enjoy my tour that Segway were not available.

Poorly run company. We booked a segway tour....the segways were child size and very poor condition. Tour operator was late and blamed poor conditions on end of season.

If you want to enjoy time renting a fun device and be taken around some areas in Naples but do not care to learn about the history of the area, you may enjoy this tour. If you want a guide to describe the area and to provide historical information, I believe you will be very disappointed. If you have no experience on these types of vehicles and expect good instruction before you start the tour, you may be disappointed.

We arrived for our Segway only to learn after registering and be required to pay an additional $10 fee and waiting 45 minutes that our tour was cancelled with any credible reason. They were unable to help us with rebooking. They refunded most of what we paid to our credit card but refuse to refund the additional $10 fee.

When we arrived we found out that the segways that we were supposed to take were not charged. So the guide suggested we take a moped or a scooter which I was very disappointed about, because that’s what I paid for, .however after taking the tour we were satisfied and had a real good time. He did a real good job of leading and making us comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a way to make sure equipment is ready so customers have what they paid for.
