Never happened. Boat/driver never showed up. Then informed me this site is not accurate with dates and time.

An apology is not enough - we are incredibly sorry for the scheduling error that occurred. Unfortunately we are seeing that Trip Advisor is booking private tours when there is no availability occasionally due to a conflict between their booking software and ours. Although we cannot give you back your time, we would like to offer you a free private tour in compensation for your troubles.
