An absolutely wonderful trip. Josh is a courteous, helpful and brilliant guide, who knows everything about the area, wildlife, the islands and where best to view birds and sea creatures in their own environment. We had a great time seeing different birds. We saw a bald eagle with nest and chick, an osprey with nest and chick and a wide variety of herons, ibis, etc. The highlight was watching dolphins play in the wake of the boat. Nothing was rushed and Josh gave us time to take photos from every angle. It genuinely felt like a boat trip with friends. We would not hesitate to go do the trip again. We highly recommend captain Josh for a trip to the islands!!

Great boat ride! Informative and exciting. A little unnerving when you first arrive and don't know where to go but the the directions with the booking are spot on. Just follow them and trust you are in the right place. Captain Josh is wonderful. Takes the time to answer questions and will stop the boat to make sure you see everything you want to see. Even turns the boat around for you and really cares that you get the photos you want! I took so many photos my phone was at 6% at the end. We saw lots of birds including a bald eagle. We saw a sea turtle and lots of dolphins! There was a manatee but just for a second.... so don't have photos. But great shots of the dolphins thanks to the great captain!

The entire trip was just fabulous. Our skipper was knowledgeable and knew how to get the dolphins to come and play. We have never had such an experience with dolphins so close up before and so many of them.

We had an incredible time out in the Ten Thousand Islands Wildlife Refuge. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the area. His passion and the beauty of the area made it the memorable part of our entire trip in Southern Florida. We highly recommend it and would do it again without hesitation.

Had a fantastic time! Highly recommend this very knowledgeable, and considerate guide. We were able to see and play with dolphins (using the boat), find little crabs, see many species of birds and much more. It was especially nice that we had the boat to ourselves for our family of 5.
Only additional feedback would be:
- Make sure you keep a close eye on the directions as we drove past the place using Google Maps and had to get guided back, so I would plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
- Also, bathrooms were closed at the shop, so sort your needs out in advance.

Absolutely fantastic! Captain Josh has a deep understanding of the local ecosystem and culture. He was extremely generous with his time and knowledge. We have been on many boat excursions. This was near the top. As others have said, worth every penny!

We LOVED our tour with Captain Jason. It felt like we got to hop on a boat with a local friend of a friend. He was incredibly knowledgable and helped us to get an up close view of a very beautiful environment. He provided the perfect balance of information about the ecosystem, wildlife viewing, and time for us to soak in the surroundings. We had our 3 young boys in tow, and it was definitely a trip highlight for all of us! We still talk about seeing the dolphins and some of us even got to spot a string ray that jumped out of the water! Such a treat. I can't recommend this experience enough!

Great experience! Capt Jason is exceptional, with a ton of experience and wealth of information about the unique Everglades ecosystem. Actively helped us get good wildlife photos. Picked up plastic trash we found floating on the water. He is passionate about what he does. Highly recommend.
PS: The dock is behind the restaurant and can be hard to locate from the road.

Weather was cool and windy, but our guide made this an interesting trip for us. We saw several groups of dolphins up close, walked on a pristine white beach on an outer island, saw white pelicans, herons, egrets, anhingas, and cranes. Very knowledgable guide and we learned so much!

Absolutely brilliant trip - well worth the 3.5hr drive to get there from Clermont!
so knowledgeable and passionate about the everglades and the wild life within it.
Dancing dolphins, ospreys catching lunch and sea turtles performed for us.

Excellent education of the Florida mangroves and wildlife inhabitants. Captain Josh gave us a private tour (just my husband and I) and stopped along the way to point out birds, fish, dolphins & sea turtles, while explaining why they were behaving as they were. He also took us out to a sandy island to explore and search for shells. Again, he would educate us about what we discovered on the island. Thank you for a highlight on our Florida vacation. 5+stars

Very interesting way to see Everglades National Park. Our tour guide Captain Josh was very accommodating , friendly and knowledgeable. We saw lots of birds , dolphins etc. abs had a very small group so very personalized.
