Good bikes. Make sure you entire party shows up because you wont get a refund for any no shows.

Bike shop guy was cool. The bikes work great. The only issue we had was 1 person in our group couldn't make it and they wouldn't refund the money spend for her. Shop owner blamed Viator, viator told me the shop owner denied the refund. Moral of the story is make sure everyone shows up or you lose if you book with Viator.

The bike had everything we needed - a map, lock, bottle of water, and a zipper pouch to hold extra items. We were originally concerned about riding on the shoulder of the roads heading up Silverado Trail and down Napa Trail, but quickly realized the shoulders were very wide and we felt quite safe. We will rent bikes again on a future trip to Napa! Great job, Chris, on setting up a solid business with repeat customers.

Such an amazing time! I recommend renting for the day! My husband and I rode for 28 miles and rented the e-bike. We saw some incredible views and had lunch at the Mustard Grill on our ride! So much fun!!

Memorable Way to Spend a Day!

If you’re going to park your car while you ride bikes, give yourself some time to find a parking space in an all-day lot but once you have that figured out, you’re in for the time of your life! The bikes had good power, maneuverability, and were just plain fun. We went to Oxbow Market for a bite and then followed the bike route to Yountville. Loved seeing the murals along the way and the art installations in Yountville. Had lunch in the park at Yountville. We’re still taking about how much fun it was.

Wunderbare und sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter! Wir hatten aufgrund einer Schraube auf der Straße einen Platten Mitten im nirgendwo. Wir riefen das Team an und sie waren sofort mit einem Ersatzfahrrad da, ohne lange Wartezeit. Exellenter Service und die Räder waren auch sehr gut 😊👍🏼 Immer wieder!
