We had such a great time at the cooking class with Angel! He was friendly, patient, and made the whole experience really fun and easy to follow.
The food turned out delicious, and we loved learning new techniques along the way. It was a perfect mix of hands-on cooking and enjoying the final dishes. Highly recommend this experience with Angel!

It was great fun and I learned alot about Spanish cuisine and cooking. The results were delicious! The instructor was informative and entertaining. I had a great time and hope to do another class next time I am in Madrid.

Super fun cooking class, had the luck of being taught by the owner Eduardo. Went with my husband, 18 year old son, and our best friends and their 17 year old son. The boys also enjoyed themselves and took the ribbing from Eduardo (teen boys, listening, am I right??). Excellent food, learned good cooking tips, and met nice folks from around the world.

Great experience! Angel was our chef. He first walked us through a market to buy fresh items, then guided us through the paella making progress with lots of knowledge and humor. The paella is and sangria made for a perfect lunch. I highly recommend this experience!

Expect to be treated to an informative and enjoyable introduction to cooking paella, from buying the meats and vegetables at local markets, to preparing the ingredients and finally adding the stock and rice and how to produce a perfect paella! Lubricated with generous jugs of sangria. Eduardo was a font of knowledge on Spanish cooking and Spanish customs. i am not a cook and don't like to cook, but even I enjoyed the course.

There are no words to describe this amazing experience. My first visit to Madrid I knew I wanted to take a cooking class. Many offered wine tasting and food but none offered the entire experience as this one. Eduardo took us to the market explained the history of the food, flavors and provided his guidance on purchasing everything. Once back at the kitchen he instinctively knew when to suggest and when to let us create. He was an amazing teacher. I will never forget this amazing experience. Thank you

Elisa was a great instructor! She was personable, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. We enjoyed every aspect of our experience: choosing our paella ingredients; shopping at the market; and preparing our sangria, salad, and paella. The meal was incredible! The facility was immaculate.

My friends and I try to take a cooking class in every city we travel to; this was hands down the most professional one we have ever done. Everything was prepped, but we actually got to do the cooking - unlike many classes where the teacher just demonstrates, or steps in to do things for you. We learned some techniques, like making custard and pouring traditional cider, and took home multiple boxes of food at the end as the feast was so plentiful! The one note I'd say is to look closely at which class you book - one is for tapas, one is for paella. Both parties in our tapas class were confused as we thought we would also make paella. But overall, would highly recommend!

The walking tour to the local marketplace was very useful for us because we were staying in the neighborhood.
The chef/instructor was clear with instructions (even if some people didn't follow them). She also gave us some insights into Spanish culture.
The dishes were really tasty and made a nice lunch. I'm looking forward to making gazpacho at home and even feel like I could make paella as well.
This was a really fun and filling :) experience for us.

The reservation was easy, the location was center city, our chef was engaging and informative, and the food was fantastic! My husband and I booked this the night before starting a 12-day tour of southern Spain so we would have an idea of what types of food to expect. When we met some of our fellow tour members, we told another couple about the class and they joined us! There were only five people in our class. The food choices were a delicious variety and Teresa was so fun. She even waited with us after class when we had a difficult time getting an Uber back to our hotel when Halloween activities were closing some streets. We highly recommend this!

Fantastic experience. Our chef, Angel, was very friendly and patient as he walked us through the local market and explained the different steps in making paella and sangria. This is a very hands on experience—Angel expertly guided us through the steps in each recipe, as well as explained the origins of paella, different types, etc. We learned a lot about Spanish culture and food and at the end of the class enjoyed the fruits of our labors. A pamphlet with recipes was also provided to take home. Highly recommend!

The experience started with Angel explaining what we were going to do in class. We then traveled as a group to the market where Angel gave a brief explanation as to the typical diet of locals as well as well produce, seafood and meats are sourced/consumed throughout Spain. Overall it was an educational, fun and delicious experience.

A highlight not to be missed! Best cooking class ever! The paella was delicious, and I can’t wait to enjoy again and cherished learning how its outsmarts made. A short trip to the local market was really fun. To top off the delicious sangria and dining with. Brie friends was magical!
