Silvia took us on a tour through San Sebastian's old town food precinct, introducing us to the Pintxos food experience. There were several stops at different bars and restuarants, sampling their specialty dishes with different wines and beverages to match. She had excellent knowledge of the dish's history and the food preparation used to deliver it. A great food and wine experience.

The best way to see San Sebastián in such a small amount of time! The best guide with the best snippets of this amazing place. We took away so much knowledge about Basque country, the language, culture and history. Our guide even recommended hidden gems, places to eat and cool bars that were tucked away. Highly recommend this tour!

My husband and I went on a lot of tours while in Spain and our favorite tour guide was Jose Manuel. He was very knowledgeable about the history of not only our tour but other places in Spain..he even offered to help us with other activities we had planned. It was a great experience to visit and learn about the 3 villages outside of San Sebastián. The day trip was fun and the guide, Iker, was very knowledgeable, helpful, fun, and answered any question anybody had. The trip was well worth the price…the views in the 3 villages were amazing!

Great experience. Got to cook several different items, all guided by the chef. As its group cooking you take turns chopping, stirring, plating etc. As you cook you learn about the cuisine and sample three different drinks. At the end you get the recipes to take home. I can see myself making the Spanish omelette and stuffed peppers at home.

It never felt like “just another tasting”; instead, it felt like we were connecting with the essence of Rioja. What stood out most, however, was how comfortable and cared for we felt. The personal attention, thoughtful pacing, and genuine interest in making the day enjoyable made this tour unforgettable. By the end, we felt like we had not only discovered Rioja’s wines but also gained two new friends. If you are considering a wine tour from San Sebastián, this is the one. I opted to do the sunset tour for this tour and it was a great experience! You will get some great views of the city, as well as some very interesting history. The captain and his wife were extremely personable and chatted with everyone while we enjoyed our cava and the sunset. If you are in San Sebastián for a few days I would not miss out on this!
