Learn how to cook tapas and paella in the home of a local chef with this immersive experience. Your teacher, Lola, will welcome you into her home where you'll get the chance to make two or three dishes from her repertoire of family recipes. After you’re done, you’ll sit down together to dine on your culinary creations.

Lola is an exceptional chef and teacher! We made two kinds of tapas, a fish entree, and paella—our reason for taking the class. Her teaching style is fun, informative and thorough. I feel ready to go home and make these dishes for my friends and family! Every dish was absolutely delicious, we learned a lot about Spanish cooking in different regions, and had an incredible amount of fun! I highly recommend any cooking class offered by Lola—when I return to Madrid I will take another cooking class with her.

We learned ALOT about what paella IS and is NOT! Lots of fun with others from around the world. Loleo was AMAZING!

Lovely kitchen! Lola was a wonderful hostess. Very good at getting everyone involved. Great food, we prepared the majority ourselves. Lots of good wine-a very pleasant experience

This was the highlight of our trip to Madrid! Lola was an incredible teacher, the space was gorgeous and the food we prepared was traditionally Spanish and delicious. I would recommend this to all of my friends and family who come to Madrid and hope to return to cook with Lola soon.
