Basic Tour

We visited during Holy week and it was very busy. David did a good job, given the crowds. If you are looking for a good history lesson standing in one spot, this is a tour for you. We were in Puerta del Sol where the bear and strawberry tree is and he never took us to it. We did a fair amount of walking through the city with highlights explained.

Without hesitation, ALWAYS take a free walking tour in Madrid!

I’ve visited Madrid before, but I’ve never learned so much history and cultural information about this fascinating and beautiful city AND had a great time as I did this evening on David Cebolla’s 2 1/2 hour tour. He is so engaging and the time flew by while he created a friendly and interactive group experience for us all. Why walk down streets and look at buildings without knowing more about their history? Highly recommended!!!!
