From the moment we entered the atmosphere was extremely friendly and Kevin immediately gave us a quick tour, then wine, cheese starters. We then prepared the Sangria, got the ingredients ready for the Paella . Our chef was amazing and we really enjoyed our meal.
Finished with churros and chocolate sauce. We had a really great group felt like we knew everyone for ever. A very enjoyable time.

Great hosts/instructors, spacious dining and work space with bathrooms, all very clean! Dish was great, I learned a lot. I highly recommend this booking. Just for awareness, this activity is on the second floor. Host was great, he assisted my elderly mom as she slowly navigated the single flight of stairs....she did great and it was totally worth it.
This cooking class was so much fun. First we had cheese and wine while we chatted with the other people in the class. Then Brooks showed us how to make a traditional sangria. Then we went into the kitchen with Andres and learned how to make seafood paella with squid and prawns. While the paella was cooking we learned how to make churros. Brooks and Andres made the class so much fun. Would definitely recommend it!!

This was such a fun cooking class. Loved learning about the dishes and the importance of the ingredients for the dishes. The instructors get everyone involved in the cooking process.
The paella and churros class was extremely fun and simple. For us it was a relaxing lunch to learn how to make some delicious food and drinks. Our host Brooks in particular kept everything light and fun as well as gave some great recommendations around Madrid while waiting for some cook times! Would recommend.

The entire experience was amazing from start to finish! We got there a little early because we absolutely did not want to be late and were fully prepared to wait outside… but they let us in about 20 minutes early, which was AMAZING because August in Spain is not for the weak! And it wasn’t just because we made it but the food was SO delicious! The paella, sangria, and churros all came out amazing, and it was such a fun experience actually getting to make everything ourselves.
Our host and chef were both so sweet, welcoming, and patient. They explained everything so well and answered every question we had. You could really tell they wanted everyone to have a great time. It was also so close to the Metro and was straight shot from our hotel.
Definitely worth it and something I would absolutely recommend while in Madrid!

So much fun, and so yummy! There were non-alcoholic options for children and t-totalers :) Sasha and Chef Ezequiel really helped us feel included and shared stories about all of our dishes that helped connect us with the culture! Such a unique experience, would 100% recommend!
Sasha was terrific. She was welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable. Chef Ezekiel was great too. They made it a very enjoyable experience.
Loved the experience! Our host gave us lots of knowledge of origin of the food and many other facts. Our host and chef gave tips and techniques for making the delicious food with an immersive experience! Recommend this class especially if you enjoy more smaller class experience and want to learn how to make delicious food!
Worth it!! Sasha and the crew made this experience so fun and culturally appropriate to Spain. We enjoyed the other people and got meet others from all over and hear about their journeys and adventures.
