It is a lot more enjoyable during the week when not too crowded and less queuing times. We even managed to get on some of the rides 2-3 times. The perfect sunny and warm weather definitely helped a lot for a great time too but all the staff were very nice and helpful. The rides were fun… so fun I’d love to be back soon.

Fun experience especially as we went when the park was empty. Hyperia was our favourite and alongside flying fish (my friend got too scared on this ride).

Couldn’t use the child ticket!

Was recommended to Viator by an independent consultant. Booked the available ticket options of 3 adults & 1 child ticket. On arrival at Thorpe Park was unable to use the child ticket as they do not sell child tickets, only tickets below height of 1.2m. Had to then purchase an on the day ticket priced at £43!!! If I’d known this I would have bought and extra adult ticket using Viator and saved myself a lot of money. Viator have refused to reimburse me, despite reimbursing the person I went with for the exact same issue. Their website is advertising misleading information that costs customer significantly more money. It ruined the start of our day. We had queued for 45 minutes just to access Thorpe Park and to then have the additional stress of the ticket situation was very disappointing.

Thorpe but did not recognise the ticket , fortunately the lady on the counter gave me a bar coded ticket against my receipt. But it was an inconvenience

Had to wait for 2-3 hours for a ride , the place is literally so overcrowded u ain’t gonna have fun , u just paying a fee to get in and then wait for hours to have a ride for 2-3 min ride , staff was very slowing working just so u get bored and walk away I definitely not recommending it ur better option is to go somewhere to pay to ride

Still a good park but it needs a revamp. A heavy investment to make it more attractive to visitors. Some rides looked old and in need of a good refurbishment.

The swarm turned out to be my all time favourite ride after originally dreading it. The initial drop as the ride begun was absolutely sensational and the comfort of the seats also contributed to my enjoyment. I absolutely loved the roller coaster. I scared myself out of hyperia but I will do that on my next visit :D which I hope is soon! Thanks to this amazing place for providing me and my friends with an unforgettable experience :)

Ahead of going to our day out, one of the party couldn't go and I emailed numerous times to see about getting a refund or even a credit for not being able to use the ticket. Not one single reply from the company. No communication, no discussion...just silence. So if you have a problem with them, expect to have no support, as that has been my experience with them. I don't like to write negative reviews, but at least have the common courtesy to acknowledge me trying to get in touch and speak about the booking.

Way to crowded they should limit their numbers of visitors is even dangerous the way is getting done .

Love roller coasters and have ridden them all over the world. Your park is old, poorly maintained and I would not feel particularly safe on your rides.

Having a lot of fun on certain rides and enjoying the food there. It wasn't as busy as I thought so most of the rides we went through only took around 5 mins to enter.

Not recommended for those have children 6 yrs and below

Too crowded. They need to control numbers of entry per day. Each line was more than 90 minutes. Rides are awesome though.

We had no fun at all in this trip I felt that I’ve waisted my money and my time tbh so sad I will never visiting this park ever again the whole time they been having a technical problem that last for ever .We waited in a long long queue for hours yet at last we didn’t even get in any of the games it’s unbelievable, we didn’t enjoy any of them unfortunately. It was my first time visiting this park never again .
