It was fascinating to learn how the bridge was constructed, and being able to channel my inner Spider-Man in the two glass towers was so much fun! 😂 A great experience that’s both informative and entertaining.

I suppose this is a good option to ensure that you have a ticket when you arrive but in all honesty, you can just buy a ticket when you arrive at Tower Bridge. This ticket does not get you anything additional ... no guide, no audio, etc so other than ensuring that you have a ticket on arrival it would be no different from rocking up at Tower Bridge on the day and buying a ticket and doing the tour on your own.

Tour was cancelled due to hot weather and I’m waiting on a refund because we didn’t get to go. We just went and walked the bridge and the grounds ourselves and it was great so we won’t be rebooking.

The bridge itself is pretty cool. Great views of the city. I am glad I went, but in hindsight, I wouldn’t call it a must-do.
There were really 2 components to the “tour”—walkway at the top and machinery bellow.
Lots of stairs to get to walkway, but an elevator was available instead. A portion of the walkway has a glass floor to look down on traffic below. The walkway did get a bit hot though and outside temperatures were only in the 70s when I visited. They had some portable A/C units but they didn’t seem to do much.
The machinery part was very interesting, but maybe not for everyone. Seeing the engineering concepts were impressive, but there wasn’t a lot of explanation.
A free audio tour was available, but I couldn’t get it to work
Couple of other notes….I don’t think buying here was any different from buying onsite. When they are very busy, it looked like they might use timed entries, but no one was enforcing or even looking at that when I went. Bathrooms were nice and clean. It also looked like they had something for kids with stamps at certain stations.

Tower Bridge was a great little experience for us. Very informative throughout and beautiful views of the city. We had no trouble using our Viator tickets upon arrival either. Highly recommend visiting the engine rooms while you’re there too!

If you are early, always check with staff to see if you can get in before your appointed time. They will be accommodating.

It was a great experience. The glass floors were amazing. Really cool watching the bridge lift from there. Wish the meeting point was correct so I didn't go to the wrong side of the bridge, is my only complaint.

Ticket only but definitely worth the experience! Loved that it was enclosed with a partial glass floor to afford views of the cars below. Also great views of the city with small window openings to facilitate photos. Steam rooms were super interesting.

Give super amount of time to get there. We gave 45 minutes for an eleven mile journey and it wasn’t enough. Our taxi was caught in extreme traffic and we missed our entry time by six minutes. The outside of the Tower Bridge was beautiful so we took our time photographing it but wished we could have used our tickets to explore inside. I think it would have been fantastic!

Please note that arrival times and admission cut‑offs are set strictly by the attraction supplier, and late entry is entirely at their discretion. Unfortunately, even a short delay beyond the allocated time can result in tickets being deemed invalid, and this is outside of our control as a tour provider.
London traffic can be highly unpredictable, and we do strongly advise allowing generous travel time, as you mentioned. While we’re glad you were able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Tower Bridge, we understand how disappointing it must have been to miss the interior visit.

Very easy to navigate. You have to go up to the top and enter through the middle, the engine rooms were really interesting. Glass bottom was just a portion and trippy to walk over.

So informative. Not only a really cool and unique view of London, but also so much information on London and the bridge and how they impacted each other. The glass floor on the pedestrian walkways is a memory we will have forever. So so fun. There is a lift if you can't do the stairs but the stairs have fun posters and fun facts.

Great experience learning about tower bridge . Once inside you can stay as little or as long as you like . Very informative and especially loved the glass panels to walk across watching the people and traffic below .

Great trip for children. I took my 15 year old nephew and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Better to walk up if you can (200 steps are not steep or narrow) in order to appreciate the bridge more. Fab views and well worth the visit.
