Excellent value. Very interesting experience. Awesome views of London. Takes at least 2 hours . Well organised.
Lorraine_B, Mar 2026
Beautiful church - I opted not to take a guided tour, but rather enjoyed just wandering through and admiring the architecture.
Colin_A, Mar 2026
Excellent easy access and early with no problem top notch lady tour guide (whose name sadly escapes me but she received her tour guide badge just on the 12th March she made the day . Go to the top lot of steps but worth it

The meet location is behind the cathedral. There are three entrances. Make sure you know which door to meet the local guide. Mine was terrible. Didn't respond to any of my messages on where to meet the group.
I didn't end of finding the guide. Essentially got entry to the cathedral and did my own audio guide, which was not bad.

Be prepared to walk up 528 steps to get to the golden gallery. But if you can you must do it. The view is spectacular, the best in London.

Buy your tickets at cathedral. They offer students and seniors 65 and over a discount which Viator does not. Viator shows the meeting stop as the courtyard but you actually show your ticket at the entrance. Poor communication Viator and I’d like a refund for your miscommunication since I waited in the courtyard.

Ben was a great tour guide! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! Thoroughly enjoyed this experience!

This tour is a real gem! Such a beautiful cathedral full of history and tributes of veterans! Did the audio tour which was so informative!
Karsten_G, Jan 2026
It’s a great building but it’s basically a war memorial. If you like statues of British soldiers, you should check it out.

Frustrated our 16 y o could not climb to the top of the dome without an adult - was not disclosed when purchasing our tickets - would have gotten him an adult ticket to allow him to do it - very frustrating and disappointing visit when denied the main reason to visit

What a beautiful place. I've been to cathedrals all over the world and they are all worth the climb to the top! The chapel dedicated to the soldiers of WWII, and the tomb for the unknown soldier was very moving. The cafe also had a lovely selection of refreshments. Wonderful.

Be sure to allocate at least three hours in this cathedral. They have a 45 tour and a longer tour. We didn't plan enough time here for the longer tour so we did the 45 minute tour. It was fantastic. Again, we were not able to climb the stairs to the dome as we only allocated 2.5 hours at the cathedral.

The instructions said that if we arrived by 4pm, we could join a guided tour. We arrived at 350. The guided tours ended At 3pm. Viator owes us a
Credit for this tour.

We never got our tickets from viator though the charge went through on American Express. We filed a claim to cancel the charge.

I wish I could give zero stars. The app didn't work and we did not get our tour. I was told I would receive a refund and I was happy with that. Unfortunately, I did not get the refund so I asked again. I supplied proof that I was told I would be refunded (conversation on Whats Ap), I was still denied. They say I activated the app. I did not. It did not work. They are not issuing the refund. This is actual robbery.

Was excellent except for lifts not working.
Was amazing and breath taking. Really wished we could have got up with a lift. The stairs are too steep. So recommend do this tour early and not after walking a lot.
Heather_O, Oct 2025
Highly recommend walking all the way to the top of the cathedral if you can handle all of the steps! It was a lot of steps, but our 7 year old was able to manage it!
David_B, Oct 2025
A complete audio tour which can be as detailed and paced as you like. Plenty of places to sit and reflect on this magnificent place.

If you love cathedrals and history you will not be disappointed. I really enjoyed visiting this beautiful church.
Dan_M, Oct 2025
Need better direction on which line to check in on. Had to go through 2 lines. Lost time given the crowd size
Janet_G, Oct 2025
St Paul's is a treasure. I spent 4 hours just exploring the whole thing. I climbed to the very tippie top of the dome and that was QUITE the experience for this 50 something old lady. There are some tight hallways and low ceilings so if you get claustrophobia, consider wisely. There ARE benches along the way for an occasional rest. I'd highly recommend one of the guided tours (free) - I took the 30 minutes "HightLights" tour of the main cathedral floor. The cafe food is delicious - it is "cash free" so bring a means of paying that is not cash. (Apple pay accepted)
Max_J, Oct 2025
Awe inspiring and spiritually uplifting, St. Paul’s is a can’t miss experience. The self paced audio guide works well, leaving time to read and explore areas of particular interest. There’s no way to see everything in one day, leaving you with the desire to visit again.
Michelle_D, Oct 2025
Thoroughly stunning cathedral. So much history and beauty. Audio guide very user friendly, and all staff are very helpful.
Christine_F, Oct 2025
An excellent tour made even better by a very informative tour guide. Lots of time taken to explain various areas of the cathedral and its history.
Oksana_s, Sep 2025
Absolutely incredible experience. Would definitely recommend the guided tour . Very knowledgeable , stunning cathedral, incredible view from the top
Gerald_M, Sep 2025
Would recommend guide tours, the guides are knowledgeable, friendly and have many antidotes. Very easy to get to and from.
David_S, Sep 2025
Very enjoyable visit to one of Londons key sites. The cathedral has had a long history and the guide we had was very knowledgeable on the history of the site and cathedral
Alison_B, Sep 2025
Thervwas Amazing amount of narrow winding steps. The view at the top though was stunning and worth every step.
Nichola_J, Sep 2025
Stunning. Outside of the Vatican it's probably the most beautiful building I've ever seen. 💯 Worth a visit it won't disappoint.
