Tower of London was a great experience. We spent 5 hours...would have stayed longer, just too tired! The history, the amory...all amazing!

Get there early, entrance is long line and chaos. We got there a few minute before 9 and couldn't get guided tour until 10

Wear good walking shoes as there is so much to see. Fantastic displays and so much information. Emily our Beefeater was absolutely brilliant. Very entertaining and shared so much history with her group.

Tower of London was great, especially the Crown Jewels. Also Tower Bridge is awesome. Watching Thames river is such a pleasant experience. Must see attraction in Lonfon

A very worthwhile experience. Alot of people there but not too noticeable until you try to see The Crown Jewels. Hard to see anything you get to eventually. Well worth a look

This was a very good tour of The Tower of London and viewing the Crown Jewels, the information was relayed to us by a very jolly yoemen of the guards his knowledge was excellent. A fabulous trip well worth the money

I was there. The operator was not there. I went through the museum on my own after several attempts to retrieve tickets. The app has several bugs to which even the Tower of London Museum stated that customers "always have issues with Viator". The operator never called. Never showed up. Never said they would show up. Nothing. That said if there was something extra charged for the service , it's NOT WORTH IT. It's simple to do this tour on your own.
Further they refused a refund even though i went on my own with no tour.
Don't do it.

Awful!!! The group was way too large, we were tripping all over each other to hear the guide. She spoke very quickly and was not easy to understand at all. We had no earphones, we dropped out after 10 minutes and bought earphones from another group and did a self guided tour. Very disappointed, we have never had a problem before. Sent complaint and requested refund!

We would like to clarify that this ticket provides general admission to the Tower of London and the Crown Jewels Exhibition and does not include a privately guided tour or earphones.
Once inside, visitors can join the complimentary guided tours led by the Yeoman Warders, widely known as the Beefeaters. These historic tours are included free with your general admission ticket and cannot be booked in advance. They are operated directly by the Tower of London.

Recommend going as early as possible to avoid the worst of the crowds in summer. Everyone goes straight to the crown jewels. We had 9 am tickets and had the White Tower to ourselves.

I have normally had excellent experience with Viator. But today I was 20 min early, waited for 15 minutes, and could never find my representative. I ended up simply purchasing a ticket to view B Palace on my own. That tour was amazing so I would definitely recommend that. I would prefer to be refunded for this trip, but I don’t hold out much hope of that happening sadly.

What a wonderful tour. Allow 3 hours minimum to explore all there is to see. We did carry out lunch from a cafe inside. Wonderful options and you can dine in as well.

I wish we had booked a tour instead of just entry tickets. It was such a fascinating experience yet was missing the history lessons that I enjoy. It was still a fantastic visit and I’m glad we went! My favorite was the ravens and the bloody tower. A must see!

The instruction should be much better on where to meet as it should state that you will be accessing through the reserved checki-in area and the tour will be a self-tour.

When I arrived to the Tower, we were told they don’t do tours with Viator and they didn’t know what we were talking about. I contacted the support and was told there was a 3:30 tour we could join. We walked around by ourselves and it was $150. Major bummer.

Very disappointing we didn’t even get in the tower. There was no information on this companies web site to say you were not allowed entry if you had a roll along case with you. No refund available just feel ripped off.
