Friendly hosts, lovely experience. I am personally not a football fan, but my partner is a massive Chelsea supporter and loved the tour. He was fascinated, especially being able to take pics in the stadium and changing rooms. It was an experience to walk out where the footballers do. Book the tour, you will not be disappointed!

I do recommend the tour. The Stadium is in excellent condition. Museum is didactic and educational.
I was not impressed with the classic tour because you sit, watch a movie and end up listening to the guide personal preference with football players instead of being impartial regarding others preference. In my opinion the tour guide we personally had was impolite and intransigent. But i need to add that other tour guides I was in contact with were very helpful.
You don’t have much time taking picture and you need to do it meanwhile the guide speaks. You have to be fast because another tour will follow.
If you have a classic tour, (mine was at 3:40), I recommend getting 30 minutes before the scheduled tour, visit the museum first, and take the picture with the trophies. Tour takes long (90 min) and you wont have enough time to visit the museum and spend time in the store after the tour.

What an amazing experience to be able to see a wonderful stadium and lots of history. The only thing I didn’t care for was that the field was being worked on while we were there. The machines were loud. It made it a little hard to hear the tour guide. The field was in rough condition too. It is very affordable and even the gift shop prices are affordable. I would highly recommend it
