I had always wanted to visit Antelope Canyon since i first saw pics more than 30 yrs ago. I was looking a various tours from Vegas on the Viator website, and I had trouble trying to pick. I did not have enough information from the descriptions and why some listed this canyon or that canyon. I was looking for a small group tour to either the upper or lower Antelope canyon. I saw the Chat Now icon on the Viator website so I selected. I was answered promptly but the information I got was minimal. I mention in the listing there was not a place to select Upper or Lower Canyon and what was Canyon X. I could not find information online about what it was. In the Chat I was told that I could visit both upper and lower Canyons and do I want to book now. The price I was quoted and charged was $199. I agreed to that but i could not tell which tour I was signed up for other than Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend. Not knowing how the tour proceeded for the upper or lower canyon, I was told in the online chat that I could visit both. Then on the tour, Marvin the tour guide said I could not, since there was a limited number of tickets for each tour. I did not even get a chance to pick which canyon to go to.
I have a booking #1060359273 and confirmation # 1446478941 from the online chat.
When I got the email it stated that the Antelope Canyon admission ticket was not included, when I clearly read online that it was included. I also read that the ticket was absolutely not refundable for any reason. The confirmation stated that the $50 admission ticket was extra. When on the tour, our tour guide Marvin said it was $65. Either I pay or I do not go. I clearly do not understand how you can charge for a tour of the sites and then not include the cost of admission. Are there actually people that go just for the bus ride and then do not see the canyon.
Once I was on the tour, the sights were very good. The tour guide was very informative. He kept everyone on time. At the very start of the tour, a few people were late showing up, he waited 5 min extra for them but then left to keep the tour on time and get the 47 passenger tour bus rolling down the road.
I was not given a chance to pick which canyon, i was just assigned to one. While visiting the canyon we were told if it rained, the tour would be canceled and we could come back in the future at no cost. Then while on the tour it did rain a bit where we were, but who knows there could have been a terrible downpour just upstream from where we were. Checking the weather radar before the tour started there was a thunder storm that passed right over the canyon that we were at.
The view of the canyon was very stunning and picturesque. The guide at the canyon was very good and pointed out things we could see in the rocks, like a lion or a bear or a face.
Once the tour was done we had to wait for the other people from finishing their tours at the other two canyons. Then we left for the long drive back with a short rest stop. We arrived back on time 14.5 hrs after we left with drivers James and John.
I would really recommend seeing this incredible site, but beware of all the costs and what what sights the tours actually cover. I wished I had asked more questions about what my tour covered and did not cover.

Antelope was simply breathtaking! Josh, our guide was such an excellent photographer too. Mark, our driver is great. Have been using Viator for 7 yrs now and never been disappointed.

This was truly a memorable experience for us. Both Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend were fantastic. Our driver was Marvin. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny and a very good driver. His stories abut the "bad" cop" in the Arizona town that writes everybody tickets cracked me up. Sure enough, we saw him writing somebody up.

I flew in Vegas to take day tours this time. I almost cancelled it the night before because I find the pick up time of 420 too early but I slept at the van anyway since we left Vegas for Antelope. We were welcomed with snack box and provided water all throughout the trip. Because we left early we were able to make stops at a very nice spot to see a very pretty view of Lake Powell and a portion of Canyons on the background as well as portion of Colorado River. We were also to stop at Glen Dam to take pictures. Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe bend are must see especially if you appreciate nature and some walking. We were given enough time on each spots. Marvin is very organized, professional and very funny. These day tours could take long hours and you could get tired especially if you had been already on a straight 3 days of different day tours but Marvin made it enjoyable and fun. Thank you for making the trip really fun and taking us back safely to Vegas.

The place is great the view is incredible and the staff at the canyon was something you would never forget the driver and tour guide was always making sure we had enough water and snacks the transportation was excellent and this guy know his job very well thank you Marvin for making this experience even better

Did the trip with my sisters and friend. Had an amazing time! Marvin was outstanding! He is a good driver, made us feel safe and has nice stories for the long drive. He even joined us going down to Horseshoe Bend. Our guide in the Antelope was Arlinda. She isip also great. She takes really good pictures. Will definitely recommend!

Last minute booking with West Pearl turned into a simply great experience!
The service provided by a Marvin was way above and beyond for this one day tour. He was extremely knowledgeable about every place we went to, The bend, Glenn dam, lake Powel, antelope canyons! Kept us well informed about what to expect and what to look out for. Was very courteous and caring, from providing snacks / water, Finding just the right spot for phenomenal views of the lake and canyons, to taking pictures, to a lot of trivia of every place we were traveling through. All stars for this guy!!

We booked for Antelope canyon and horseshoe bend tour, but the canyon was closed that day due to weather conditions. The company offered us a VIP tour beneath, to the West Rim Grand Canyon, and Hoover dam! It was awesome, our tour guide Marvin was SUPER NICE, told us about all what we needed to do. In the end, we were so happy, that we couldn't do the antelope! They treat people super nicely, so I absolutely recommend this company, to make tour with. Thank you Marvin, for this marvellous day!

Marvin is marvelous, he is very friendly and personal. He is a very safe driver and he knows the canyon well and he brought us to the best view throughout the tour. He is fun to be with and he takes care of us in a small group well. He is a Good tour lead.

Our guide Marvin was very friendly, prompt, informative and showed us some sights and views off the beaten path. The local site guides and shopowners clearly had a good relationship with him as well which was a great thing to see when traveling. The areas were beautiful, we highly recommend this trip and would gladly travel with Marvin again.

We started at 4:40 in the morning and returned at 8 pm. A Ford van was used and there where 7 passengers, which was very tight. Our driver did not speak english (but was very friendly), so you basically pay for the ride and some candy, chips and drinks (bring your own healthy food). The part of the Canyon "Antelope X" is not one of the famous "Upper und Lower Canyon", its a farly new Navajo operated hike business which takes place in the same Area. It was beautiful though and the Navajo guide was great. The driver told us to not take our tripods, in the canyon many people had them though (maybe ask a staffer at Antelope X if you are allowed - because its dark down there). The Horseshoe Bend was also great and the Hoover Dam is huge. Its worth to see these places despite the torturous drive.

Place was remarkable but the transportation was terrible. Three people were compacted at the back seats with no leg room; two were having medical problem. It was an ordeal.

Absolutely the best tour of our holiday. Beautiful landscapes and our tour guide, Marvin , is really special. We booked for a bus tour and we had an individual tour :) . We had a lot of snaks and drinks during all the day and also unexpected stop at Powel Lake. Marvin has been so nice with us !!

Our tour guide was Marvin he really is the best!! He made sure we were comfortable, knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with snacks.
This was a all day trip and a 4 hour drive each way, but trust me it was well worth it!. I would do it again in a heartbeat

I was surprised with the quality of the service offered by them. From pickup to drop off, the driver was very professional, friendly and informative. As we got into the vehicle, there was a box of snacks, drinks and fruits. He wasn’t a rough driver and made the trip go very smooth. It was definitely a great choice buying the tour with this guys and I believe it’s better to do a tour like this with a smaller group, not wasting too much time, as we would do if traveling with large group. The Canyon we went to was not crowded like the others, the guide took pictures and gave much more attention to each and everyone of us in the group. Since I already been to the other parts of the canyon, I know what I'm talking about. This was the second time I went to Antelope Canyon and I can definitely say this tour was much better than the first one. I highly recommend this company and give them 5⭐️

Had the pleasure of going to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend with driver Marvin. He was very courteous, informative, helpful, knowledgeable and a great person.
The trip felt much more personal and by the end Marvin felt like a friend. He offered to help take pictures and wouldn't stop offering snacks and bottles of water! I recommend this company for all your travel needs to these areas.
Our visit to the canyon was to Canyon X which was a great experience. The groups were small and we were able to take alot of pictures with just us. We also stopped for lunch and walked across a bridge above Glem Dam. The trip was much more than anticipated and we were not let down.
Marvin I wish you and this company plenty of success! Good luck to you as a new father and thank you for everything.

The tour was not started as smooth as I expected as I waited for 20 mins to get on the car. But overall experience was good, guide Marvin is kind and interesting and very take care of us.
