The departure time will be earlier than the scheduled time between July 1st and September 1st to avoid the high temperature period. Customers will be contacted the day prior to the scheduled service date by our customer service team to reconfirm the pickup location and time. Please bring along the voucher and passport or U.S government issued photo ID to complete the process. Please confirm the pickup locations with hotel staff the day before your trip, and arrive at the pickup location in time for your trip. There will be no refund if a customer is late or misses the tour. Vehicles Type may vary due to the actual number of the group Although we provide complimentary shuttles for designated pickup points (Strip and Fremont street hotels), there's no reimbursement for the cost of getting to a designated pickup point. This trip was awesome! Our guide, Bin, was the best prepared person ever! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He helped everyone to find the right spot for the best picture, kept us on time and delivered at every stop. He is a magician with the phone cameras and took the best, fun and beautiful pictures. Everyone had his help readily available regardless if you had someone with you or came solo to the trip!! Highly recommend! Would do it again in a heartbeat

Incredible! I loved this day trip from stsrt to finish. The sights we seen and the sites we visited were all amazing. Comms from Ben our driver and tour guide were great leading up to the trip. Pick up on time - Ben was a great host despite having two roles all day! Driving and being a top guide for such a long day are no mean feat but Ben handled it like a pro. If you're lucky you'll get Ben for your trip too. Death valley is like nothing I've seen before and I much preferred it to GC. If you are on the fence about this trip (subject to weather of course) dont be!

It was lots of diving but the sights were worth it. It rained so the rick colors were not as bright but still amazing. Could have skipped the ghost town visit.

Don’t go through Viator both our trips were missed they never picked us up at our destinations we were waiting for both trips at the destination they told us to the driver never showed up at either place

First, please review the contact information you provided when booking your tour. On the day before your scheduled trip, we attempted to reach you more than 10 times via phone calls, text messages, our internal system, and the Viator Customer Service Center. All of these attempts are documented. However, we did not receive any response from you.
On the day of the tour, we continued our efforts to contact you and waited at the meeting point for nearly 20 minutes. We also reported the situation to the Viator Customer Service Center. It was not until 39 minutes after the scheduled departure time that we received an email from the service center stating that you had updated your contact information and hoped we would come to find you. Do you believe this situation was our fault?
We are fully willing to cooperate with the booking platform to conduct a thorough investigation. If it turns out that even 1% of the fault lies with us, we will offer you ten times the compensation, in any form you wish. However, if the investigation concludes that your account of the events is inaccurate, we kindly ask that you apply to Viator to withdraw your misleading review. Such reviews can confuse and mislead future guests who love our products and trust our service.

Mark was a warm and gracious host/driver on our small group tour to Death Valley. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, communication with Mark was very easy and he provided clear instructions on the tour logistics. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and provided lots of interesting information about the sights along the way. If you are interested in seeing Death Valley in a low-key, but fun way without the crowds, I can highly recommend this tour.

This is a long day trip of about 10 hours which started early in the morning, but it is quite relaxed with a small group only. Able to go to various viewpoints and stop to take pictures. The tour guide/driver Bin is very knowledgeable and friendly. He provided us cold water and snacks (chips, bananas and apples). Strongly recommended.

Traveling in a comfortable, air-conditioned van, I relaxed as we made a quick stop to buy food for later, ensuring we'd have everything we needed for a full day of exploration. Our tour guide, Bin, was fantastic, providing insightful commentary and making sure every stop was unforgettable. As we entered the park, I was immediately captivated by the breathtaking views, towering mountains, and endless photo opportunities—every turn was a picture-perfect moment.
With perfect weather on our side, we set off on a small hiking adventure, immersing ourselves in the rugged beauty of Death Valley’s dramatic landscape. The vast expanse, stunning rock formations, and vibrant desert colors made for an awe-inspiring experience that exceeded all expectations. Though flooding in late 2023 forced me to postpone my visit, the delay only added to the anticipation—and now, looking back, I can say that this trip was nothing short of spectacular! Fantastic tour - lots of sights and time efficient. Only warning is you need to bring your own lunch and there is no place to buy lunch on the tour outside of the initial stop at Walmart.

I have Benton bus/van sightseeing tours on 4 continents, in every other tithe driver or guide continually informed us about what we saw out the window and historical information. This was only done about 5 per cent of the time. We never had a lunch stop so that we had an opportunity to interact e other guests over a coffee or drink. I felt like the driver was in a rush to get back, even though no passenger had urgency. Also, the brochure promised breakfast or lunch. We got neither, though we paid full fare. I cannot recommend this tour.

This is an excellent day tour for those looking to get away from the Vegas strip. The weather was great (February) and our group was small. Our tour guide Ben was awesome! Right before our planned vacation to Vegas I fell and developed a labral and meniscus tear in my right leg. I didn't want cancel on my friend at the last minute, so I went ahead with the tour. Ben was excellent with assisting me and giving me a heads up on what may or may not be difficult with my mobility. In addition to being helpful with my injury, he was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. My friend and I throughly enjoyed the tour and would recommend 10/10!

It would be good to have a pick up from downtown LV. I had to leave 1 hour before meeting time to make sure I'd make it

The driver {Mark} was on time, polite and professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He texted me the day before the trip and when he arrived at the hotel. I was glad to have a driver especially for the return trip to Las Vegas in heavy traffic. Since he has driven the trip many times he knows how much time to allow at each stop to get the trip in the allotted time.

We enjoyed the tour, saw several site within Death Valley. Our driver/tour guide Bin was outstanding took us everywhere and explain each of the places we visited. We also visited the ghost town, which was very interesting and, on the way, back got too interactive with some local wild donkeys, I would recommend this tour to everyone; the views are spectacular. Bin made this tour exceptional and is definitely a tour you should schedule while in Vegas. Pickup and drop off was very smooth, Bin even drops us off at our hotel which wasn't offered.
