Loved everything we saw, but we could have seen it all on our own. Didn’t get to go down the stairs to see the caves. Didn’t walk through the park. We went to get gelitto and then she wanted us to go see the lobby of a building back down the hill. We declined. The overall tour was only 45 minutes not an hour and a half. Not worth the money we paid, only thing we got was a $5.95 gelitto. Not worth the money!

Given your request for a full refund, I issued a significant partial refund as I genuinely want my clients to be happy. Thus, I was surprised to read your comments, especially as everyone seemed pleased and even left a generous tip after the tour. Regarding the tour duration, I’m not sure I understand your statement about the 45 minutes. Our records show the tour started at 10:30 am (actually, we began 10 minutes early as everyone had arrived) and we have the receipt for the gelato at 11:43 am. You chose to end the tour there, even though our guide was prepared to show you some beautiful, historic buildings and unique art galleries that contribute to La Jolla’s charm. It’s true that a walking tour in nature can be done independently. However, the value of a guided tour lies in the expert knowledge provided. Our guides share insights into the city's history, geology, flora and fauna, and offer local tips to help you experience San Diego like a resident. We take pride in being generous with this information. I also apologize for any confusion regarding the cave. It wasn’t clearly stated in the description, which is my oversight. The cave involves a $10 extra fee per person and often a 30-minute wait in the summer sun. To avoid this, we provide detailed information about the cave and invite you to visit it independently after the tour if you wish. Thank you for your feedback.
