Had a great tour! The tour began with the hour and half tour of Houston and then with the tour of Galveston. The staff was great! The staff was friendly, helpful, and very friendly. The drivers for both Houston and Galveston were great drivers. Would highly recommend! Also there is parking near the office that made it easy to get to.

We signed up for Mansions in Galveston. We are Texans we are familiar with Gulf coast beaches, a drive by to see beach and sea wall is fine, but to dig into our mansion seeing to stop and look at the sea wall was a waste. Have you All seen the sea wall? you now what I mean. The morning tour was spent seeing Houston Murals which dug into our Galveston sight seeing, nice but we did not sign up for murals. The woman was running 10 min late to take us out to Galseston. she dropped us off for lunch at 1:42 and stated she would pick us up @ 3:30 she was another 10 min late for pick up. By lunch time we had seen no mansions only the sea wall. one hour would have been enough for lunch so we could have seen some mansions she finally got us over to one mansion, but they were closing and the gift shop was all we were allowed to enter which was the kitchen part of the Mansion. she said she would take us to see sculptures we saw one Dog. so we saw 1/4 of a mansion and one Dog sculpture. then we left the island and instead of taking us back to the station she played uber and went to pick up someone they left at NASA. so she cut our sight seeing short to uber some people they left at NASA and dug into our time by taking us on a non wanted trip to the parking lot of NASA. She had no real knowledge of the History of Galveston, she had mostly very base knowledge so even the stuff she showed us was non- educational. The gift shop at the one mansion had several books on the history of the Island if I were her Id buy and read them. We learned they had 3 people call in sick. I feel at That point they should have told us it would not be a good sight seeing trip and allow us to decide if we wanted go on it or not. Total waste of time and 300.00 . That uber trip to nasa was the icing on the horror cake. I want our money back this was a complete crock. My aunt was so looking forward to seeing and learning about this city and its Mansions and history. We saw One sculpture and 1/4th of a mansion and we walked off the van to see a very non impressive sea wall which if you all have ever seen it you would know. She had no real knowledge of history it was not a professional Tour it was some Dick off the street taking us out to see the city.

First tour guide around town was great. Very informative and fun. Guide & driver to Galveston were underwhelming. Didn’t seem focussed on group at all. Overall though it was a good day out.

I recommend this tour! Plan for it all morning until early evening. We started at 10am and got back to base around 5-530! This business is amazing and family owned. I recommend doing this tour day 1 of your visit to Houston because there were a lot of things I learned that were already done. Houston Sightseeing Tour: Our tour guide was very informative and shared a lot of interesting facts about Houston and what the beautiful city offers. He was able to provide our group with both Spanish and English! We were well entertained by the facts and history of Houston! We saw beautiful murals and different views of the cityscape. The sightseeing tour exceeded our expectations. Galveston: Our driver was very informative and knowledgable about Galveston. He provided interesting information about the history of Galveston and showed us the beautiful architecture that Galveston offered. Houston has major traffic and our tour guide was very patient and drove safely! Thank you for a great time!

My mother and I took this tour and Ben was our guide (for the Houston part AND Galveston). He was nice, informative, and did his best to make it efficient for the entire group. The pick up point was easy, there was plenty of parking (it was Friday ~9:30am) right there, and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The tour was exactly what we wanted/expected: an overview of Houston and a trip to Galveston with some time to spend walking around there by ourselves. We ate lunch at Katie’s which was delicious but pretty busy, so it took ~1.5 hours of our time without the group. We had ~45 minutes left to ourselves to wander around; I could’ve used another hour at least! There was plenty to look at on the Strand (restaurants, shops, etc) and I would’ve liked to walk near the water but didn’t have time. It was a nice time though. We got back a little later than expected (~5:40pm) due to traffic and my parking was only paid until 5pm; I did not get a ticket though so maybe I just got lucky. Overall, the tour was worth the information and not having to drive/navigate the area myself.

Very enjoyable trip with an excellent and wonderfully exentric guide/driver. Unfortunately it happened to be a stromy day, which limited the stay on Calveton's west coast.

The tour bus was very small.it was overcrowded. The seating was uncomfortable. The air conditioning was not working at top capacity. The tour started late and ended very late. The tour guide was very in consistent. The tour guide made a extra stop dropping people off at a mall when we were already late getting home. Timing of the tour was late. The tour should list each description of each stop beforehand. I do not recommend this tour.

We took the Downtown Houston /Galveston combo day tour. The driver and guide were awesome - very knowledgeable and eager to answer questions. My only suggestion would be to offer a Galveston only day trip (only combo packages offered, this one and a NASA/Galveston day tour). Would have loved to spend more time in Galveston!

Good but could be much better

Galveston visit and Houston 80 minutes tour. The Houston tour was good and informative. Galveston visit was ok but the program needs to include at least one or two entering to places or activities. It can’t just be transportation to and from the city and stopping for a few minutes in front of the beach and bishops palace for photos. This is the reason I have 3 out of 5. People are very friendly and professional, but program needs to improve to be worth the price. For example, a visit to the three pyramids, inside palace, dolphin tour, etc.

The day started with a tour of downtown Houston on an open top bus. It was informative. Only problem was the weather. It was too hot. The drive to Galveston was smooth. Our guide recommended Katie’s seafood and it was amazing! Fresh catch of the day, we’ll prepared. The dolphin ride was great fun.

Unfortunately they canceled my tour. I’m hoping to get a refund of my money. I have taken this tour in the past and it was really nice and I liked it as much that I wanted to do it again. But this experience of them canceling was not a good thing.

Good trip, some issues with masks

Overall experience was good, but very cold in open air bus for the tour of Houston. Galveston part was also good, but driver was not wearing a mask and mask wearing was not enforced in small, enclosed, van. The dolphin watch was also cancelled (good call, too cold) but we were not told of that until we were at Galveston and there was no mention of reimbursement for that part of the tour.
