This tour was excellent. Our guide was so knowledgeable, took time to answer our questions and gave us interpretations and histories of many famous works of art. The pace was perfect. We had 2 teens, 2 parents and a grandparent and and everyone stayed engaged start to finish. Highly recommend!

Audio guide was not easy...

Audio guide was not flexible or user friendly so we abandoned it. We could not find the starting point. We could not find descriptions of pieces we wanted to hear. In our case the price of the audio guide was wasted money. The Uffizi Gallery is spectacular however and Viator helped get us in the door. I would have preferred a different audio guide experience.

It was cancelled because the gallery limited tickets due to an AC issue. Only day in the city and we missed out on one of their top attractions. We’re from the US so not like we come to Italy much. Not sure when tours can buy tickets, but if they could early then this is unforgivable. Almost no one in line to go into the museum when we walked by at our tour time.

To clarify, the cancellation was due to a severe regional heatwave that forced the Uffizi administration to suddenly close the museum for safety. While we always secure tickets well in advance, a force majeure closure means all tickets become invalid and entry is barred for everyone—which is why the lines were empty when you walked by. We notified you immediately upon receiving this last-minute update from the museum. While this situation was entirely outside of our control, we deeply regret that it disrupted your trip.

Our tour guide was so kind. She spent extra time with the younger kids on the tour. She was incredibly accommodating. Some of the other guests were running late and she was nice enough to allow them time to meet us. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of.

Skip the line is worth it by itself. Experienced guide provides great context to augment the experience of sublime art!

Very crowded. Tour only included some of Renaissance rooms 90 minutes, but we were allowed to stay on our own longer. I felt I could have seen as much on my own without a guide. Not as good as other Viatour tours I've taken.

Tour ran long, guide was knowledgeable but spent too much time at very few spots. We felt like we didn't get to see hardly any of the museum and wished the guide would have been more succinct with the highlights, moved along more quickly to include more things. The Uffizi has so much amazing art work that we felt cheated not getting to see more on the tour.

Tour company refused to provide a refund for tickets that was suppose to be free. Yesterday was international women's day and entry to the gallery is suppose to be fr but for women and we were told at the box office that they refunded the tickets back to the tour company, unfortunately, the tour office refused to refund us.

Since we have not received any funds back from the museum, we are unable to process a refund for you. Had a great tour! Giovanna was extremely detailed and interpreted many pieces throughout the museum. The tour was a perfect pace and loved all the fun and new information Giovanna gave! There was still a wait (group line to get in) which led to the tour running over time. Plan on this possibly happening, I had not other plans for the day & Giovanna was great for still staying past the allotted time to finish the tour. After the tour you are free to roam around the museum on your own and catch things you weren’t able to stop at before. Overall a great detailed tour that was much better than going in without any information. Thanks Giovanna!!!

Due to the immense size of the collection, it is simply impossible to see the entire museum in the allocated 1.5-hour tour duration. The guide tried their best to show you the highlights and most significant exhibits within that timeframe. Which is why, once the guided portion of the tour is finished, all visitors are welcome to remain inside the museum and explore the galleries at their own pace for as long as they wish.

This isn’t really a skip the line situation. It certainly did help to have a guide but there is still quite a line. It felt like too many people are given the same time. The place was packed and getting in felt chaotic. Our guide was very good but showed a limited number of items with detail. It would have been nice to have a bit more guidance on how to tackle the rest of the museum.

We were not able to open the app - it kept sending me a link but would never let me login to access my tickets. I tried to find the tour company and called the 800 number at Viator but was never able to get access to my ticket so we missed the whole thing.

Despite "Skip the line" booking, our group stood on line for 1 hour of this 1.5 hour tour. The guide was very good but the logistics were poor. We had to leave the group at 2:10 due to other plans and we viewed only 4 rooms with art. Very disappointed in the product we received for the cost we paid.
